Air Gagers was one of the greatest AC companies that we have dealt with. They were responsive, reliable, and always willing to help us. We had to have our coils changed out and they did a fantastic job, and were one of the cheapest quotes we got around town. This family owned company was great, and i recommend to anyone!

Air Gages did a great job replacing a heat pump reversing valve on my Amercian Standard 5 ton unit. On time and made sure that the job was done correctly at the quoted price.

Fast response via call for estimates on repair/replace HVAC system(s). 1 failed on X-mas Eve. Arrived within 2 hrs of initial call. Diagnostics & estimate for repair on 17+ yr old (2 zone) system; 2 story approx. 2000 square ft home. 2 HVAC with separate duct work. Undecided & requested estimates to replace 2 units. Timely, thorough, understanding. Scheduled appointment estimates to replace units. Huge costly expense = time to consider all options, including financial options. Can't give more info @ this time, am undecided. New Regulations impact decisions. Smaller local family run business.
Had WORST experience w FREEDOM AIR, few yrs ago. Wanted annual maintenance. Tech ONLY pushed for 2 new units, never did the maintenance originally planned for. Wasn't able to do review @ that time due to illnesses & deaths in family. Freedom was Awful experience. This was refreshing!

Here’s the story…

We are in the process of finalizing an 18-month renovation of a house we purchased in 6/21. We are fortunate enough to have two A/C units and one of them went down about 2 months ago.

We contacted a few A/C companies to get a quote.
As expected, they all quoted a simple replacement; however, Micah asked us several questions and came up with a proposal that I didn’t think was feasible.

Our house is 2 stories and One A/C Unit was for the south side of the house and the other was for the north side of the house. This was not optimal as our occupied bedrooms are upstairs and a perfect scenario with have a zone upstairs and a zone downstairs. However, that was not the case.

Micah and his team were able to rework the system, so we now have one-unit and thermostat downstairs and the second unit and a thermostat for each room upstairs. Aside from making the house MUCH more comfortable, it will save us thousands of dollars over the years by not cooling rooms unnecessarily.

As a former service contractor, it is rare to come across someone who takes this much pride in their work.
