Have to say Barnes Heating & AC is an A+ company all the way around. From Thomas & Karen in the office being so informative, polite, & answering any questions we had. To the techs that installed our new AC unit were so polite, kept our house clean, & very professional. I highly recommend them for any of your AC needs.

Barnes H&AC did a fantastic job for us when the coils went out in our three year old AC system, even with the supply chain issues during the COVID lockdowns. We had used their services for routine cleaning, but this was the first time we had a genuine AC failure since moving to Florida. I certainly plan on using their business again. Highly recommended.

I just watched your van and your employees dump metal in my trash dumpster. There is a sign saying it's not for public use. You could have at least shut the lid of the dumpster when you dumped your trash! Very unprofessional!

Great service! Like you used to get in the good ole days! The guys were very friendly, professional and informative! From the moment I contacted them and spoke to the incredibly nice receptionist who maintained contact when she saw an opportunity to dispatch the technicians earlier in the day (thank you!!). Have you ever experienced service so good from a company that you want to stand on your roof and scream? I called many companies and received many prices and many opinions on what was good for them and not me. I was introduced to Barnes Heating and Air via recommendations on the local Sanford327 Facebook group. I called Barnes Heating and Air on 10/20 in hopes to find a honest and fair priced company that will show up and actually do what they say. I explained my situation to the owner Thomas and within 15 minutes he came personally to my house. He had a estimate to me in 30 minutes that matched our phone call. He did not try to upsell me anything I did not need. The next day at 7:45 AM the team showed up to start the install. New unit, new lines, new pad and a few hours later my family and I had wonderful A/C. The install team consisted of Austin, Ken and Dale. They were the A+ team. One of the best service install crew I have had the pleasure to hire. They worked clean, efficient and very well. I commend the team and thank them for the quality you would want provided. I manage rental units and one of them had an air conditioning problem that arose over the weekend. The tech guys showed up within 30 minutes of my call quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. The pricing was totally fair and reasonable - we have happily added Barnes to our go to service provider list! Thanks so much!!

I've used Barnes a few times for maintenance and a couple repairs on my antique A/C. They've always been responsive, got the job done quickly and at a fair price, and never try to "upsell" me on stuff I don't really need. Just an honest, straightforward company. Can't ask for more.

This owner is not customer service friendly. He charged me $175 for a thermostat that retails for $33. And a $85 service call! $255 total billed. When I spoke with this owner he was not willing to adjust my bill. That tells me he doesn't need my business! After arguing he adjusted the bill to $205, and told me NOT TO CALL THEM FOR ANY FUTURE NEEDS AND I WON'T!!

Called on a Saturday during our heat wave. Thomas called right back and was able to come out Sunday morning and fix the issue. I was ok overnight due to having room air conditioner. True to his word he was right on time and got the line flushed. Best response best customer service. Highly recommend

I am a renter, and my landlord has used them many times to service the A/C unit in the house I rent. I have been very pleased with their speedy service, even after hours. . . They are prompt and professional. Recently, after many good years of service, the A/C unit had to be replaced. We got 3 quotes. Barnes was not the cheapest, however they wereTHE MOST HONEST !!! they quoted us on the proper size unit. the 'other guys' quoted on a smaller unit.

after the installation, they had some tweeking to do, which was handled QUICKLY, and i am very pleased with their honesty, integrity doing business. I am impressed and would recommend them to EVERYONE.
