I found Warren Heating and Air Conditioning on the Nextdoor neighborhood app from someone who recommended this business. Mr. Darius Warren responded back to me after I text him (I could not leave a voicemail) and came the same day over the weekend to see what was wrong. Unfortunately it could not be repaired till Monday but he contacted me immediately with a time Monday morning and a cost (which was very reasonable). The 2 technicians were able to even come a couple hours early and they did a great job in getting the work done and our house cooling back down. Romane and Luis were the technicians who make sure the job was done right and even went above and beyond to check a few other things with the system before they left. I am glad I gave this newer business a chance (as I normally have used the "bigger known business" in the area - and some of the techs that have come were not very knowledgeable on AC issues). I will be calling Darius for any other AC or heating needs in the future. Thank you guys for making sure the job was done right (even though it took longer than expected). Appreciate the respect to us and the dedicated work and time.

Just had my A/C unit's annual tune-up. Can't say enough good things about Warren Heating and Air Conditioning. My service man, Darius, was outstanding! Punctual, knowledgeable and courteous. Gave me a breakdown of everything he did, unlike the big name company I had been using for years. Reasonable prices too!

He responded to our call quickly, did the repair within a day! And for less money than another group that they would need ten days for the job. On time, professional and even shared a cup of coffee with us. I highly recommend this business.

I found Warren Heating & Air conditioning online. I had what I felt was an emergency due to the temperature dropping outside and my heat wouldn't work. I didn't think I'd be able to get same day service but Darius was able to fit me in. He was punctual in arriving when he said he would and very informative on what the issue was. I would definitely have given 6 stars if I could have for him being quick and efficient. Awesome service!

Darius was very professional and knowledgeable & COVID-19 compliant. He answered any questions and concerns I had. Explained pricing and cost inclusion/exclusions. Reasonable pricing. If you have any HVAC needs or concerns I recommend giving this young man a call, you will not be disappointed.

I reached out to Warren Heating and Air Conditioning late in the evening because I was have trouble cooling my home. The tech showed up at my home within an hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He checked out my unit, explained what the problem was, made the repair and had me back up and running in no time. I would definitely use them again.

Stand up guy that you can rely. When Darius set appointment with you? he will be on time. Which is the old school way. People time is valuable and he realize that. I would recommend Darius to anyone with ac problems . And I have sent many customers and they all like the service he provides.

After 2 Different places said they only worked on heat pump systems, Warren answered my call and was over within a few hours to fix a few issue on my electrical heater. Was professional, wore a mask the entire time and had the issue fixed in an hour.

Darius was very friendly and prompt. My AC stopped working in the middle of summer (which we know is brutal in Florida). I sent a text and he responded right back. He was at my house in 15 minutes.
