Finally called for air conditioning tune up after a year of being in the home we purchased here in Sebastian. Nelson Montalvo was our service professional, and he exemplified the word professional. He was kind and respectful. He provided a much needed tutorial on the care and maintenance of our system, to provide comfort and last as long as possible. Fortunately he was able to bring things back to order and get us on track with the twice a year maintenance agreement. He had suggestions on what to do monthly in between visits. He was here for most of the morning, making sure everything was in good working order and thoroughly cleaned, including the front of the unit itself. He was patient and showed me how to change the filter monthly and keen the drain clean with vinegar. I’ve asked Arnold Air to make a note in our file, that we would like Nelson to be the one to fulfill our twice a year maintenance as he inspires such confidence and trust.
Ryan Melaney was my representative today and what a beautiful job he did! His manner was excellent, his service was knowledgeable, his work, perfect! He was so friendly and easy to work with too. He answered all my questions so well, gave a fair, affordable price and didn't add pressure about extra things. He was so kind, straightforward; a perfect blend of professional excellence! From the call to Donna in the office who is very pleasant and very knowledgeable of the needs for your call. Today I had our home A/C system fully serviced as well as the Daikin mini split in my shop by Cody "Jake" Pierson. Jake was professional and thorough in completing his service tasks. Both Jake and Donna are an asset to the success of Arnold Air Conditioning.
When our new air conditioner stopped working, my husband called Arnold Air for help. We were given a quick appointment and Jake, their technician, arrived at our door right on time. Good news was, the unit only needed a replacement part. Bad news, it might take a week to get it.
Luckily, though, an email from Arnold Air's David Cutler arrived two days later with news that the missing part came in early -- and he asked when Jake could come over install it. In a couple of hours, Jake was at our door. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time and patience to explain what he was doing. The unit is now cranking out cool air. A great experience.
I signed a maintenance contract with Arnold Air Conditioning today. Jake was the tech who came out for a maintenance check on our system. He was very informative, professional and helpful. We’re very happy with the service he provided. So far this good company for HVAC needs.
Our AC spark and smoke today, called Arnold and Jose came out and serviced promptly and professionally he is the best always goes above and beyond , explains everything and always makes sure the rest of the unit is running properly and smoothly before he leaves . Arnold Air Conditioning performed scheduled A/C System Maintenance for my unit on 5-17-2023. My service tech was Nelson Montalvo. During his service call, he discovered a major clog in the drain line and a failing capacitor. Both issues were repaired and tested. Nelson has excellent communication skills and he took the time to explain everything that was done to correct the problems. He offered upgrades that I may add to my A/C in the future and a couple of tips to keep my systems drain clear. Before he left, he asked if I had any questions or concerns. All of his work areas were cleaned spotless. When I worked for Publix, our goal was to "exceed the customer's expectations". That is exactly what Nelson did for me. He is everything you would want from an employee to represent your company.
As long-time customers and happy owners of a Daikin A/C system, we just wanted to give a triple "thumbs-up" to the service performed today by Nelson Montalvo. He is a very courteous and knowledgeable tech professional and we would look forward to seeing him again.
