2months after maintenance visit. Float went bad and flooded garage..Husband and neighbor cleared line. They came out next day knowing it was bad float. None on truck. Left stating he had to come back he was leaving early. 2:30 mind you. No contact next day. I had to call at lunch time secretary didn’t know what I was talking about. Repair man stated he would fit me in between others. Price for part was 400% markup He lied on the paper work stating he found clogged line and cleared it. Will not use again even though I have maintenance agreement and had recommended them in past. They got 5 new complete systems from me. I guess they got too big for their britches

This company always saves the day. And they are reasonable. They are professional and caring. I would highly recommend them. My technician Jonathan did a great job and was knowledgeable and informative. Thanks Family Heating and Air. 💕🙏🏽

I hired this company last spring for a semi annual service contract. They supposedly scheduled an appointment for my 2nd in October but no one ever called to confirm or come out. I called in January when I realized, as I myself am a busy working woman…to have the person tell me that the office wasn’t open (at 330pm on a Friday) and they’d call me back Monday…with no call back. I remember to call today and get told the same thing except that she wanted me to call her back Monday. She’s RUDE and completely uncaring that I paid her company for an annual contract last April and they did not fulfill their contract…should have known better considering they’re a sub contractor of GHO homes and all their subs lack any form of true customer service with poor business ethics…!

Ed was great, He was on time, very professional and ensured everything was cleaned, working as it should and fair pricing. I would highly recommend Family Heating and Air.

Very responsive and great customer service! We got the runaround and some outrageous pricing from our other options, Family Heating and Air showed up on time and answered all of our questions. We had a new system installed the week following our estimate and request for installation in the middle of August! Great technicians and salesman, we will definitely use and recommend them in the future! Thank you!

Mike and his team (Ed and Johnathan) were great! They diagnosed and repaired my business A/C unit in a timely manner and got me up and running. VERY knowledgeable and priced fairly. Highly recommended and I will be using them moving forward for all of my A/C or heating needs! A++++

Very unhappy with the quality of work that they did and also the poor ownership of the business as the owner came to my house and told me I was wrong multiple times on the quote that they gave me. They also did the job without a permit and then when I questioned it they had to pull a permit after the fact. After having them coming out for leak events of condensation they told me I needed to replace my whole AC unit and it would fix the problem. After replacing the whole AC unit I had more of an issue and cause drywall to drop down off the ceiling because there was more moisture up in that ac ducts because they didn't address the problem that they came out for in the first place

Our AC stopped working on 4th of July it was a Sunday! He not only answered the phone when other companies did not, but was able to come out that day (within an hour of calling) and take a look at everything! He was very nice, very helpful, and welcomed us to the area since we just moved here from Indiana. We will continue to use this company and their yearly maintenance plan they offer!

They also was the only company to answer and return phone calls for my parents as well when their AC until went out about a month ago!

I highly recommend this company for all you’re AC needs. My under 1 year old AC that was installed by another company stopped blowing cold air. We called Family Heating and Air and they sent Christopher out to our house to fix the issue. He was very informative and offered his expertise willingly and with great professionalism. Christopher had our AC blowing cold again in no time. Thanks again!
