Rob was quick to respond to my need for a replacement AC. He went over all my options as a homeowner and got me financed for a brand new system that includes a 10yr warranty on all parts. They worked me in immediately qnd I was done in one day.. I am safe and secure knowing I won't have to worry about my AC for many years to come. Highly recommend

Wow! My home needed a serious AC/heating rescue and Robert at ExcelsiAir came through in a huge way. Robert and his assistant, Kevin, put in a wonderful mini-split system for me. And when I asked for a partial redesign, Robert reconfigured the condensation lines on the spot. So thankful I chose ExcelsiAir. A+ quality work.

Robert showed up in the early part of the window I was given and I greatly appreciate that. He fixed the issue quickly and didn’t try to sell me things/work that wasn’t needed.

Robert worked on 3 things for us. First, he replaced a valve on the main unit. We also had him clean a split unit that was super dirty. He was very careful while he cleaned it to not get the walls dirty. In the end, it was spotless and looked brand new. Finally, we had him install a UV system for the entire house. He talked to us about the pros and cons of each UV option so we could clearly understand our choices. He never rushed his work and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. Robert is professional, honest, friendly, and reliable. I will never call another AC company again!
