My techs were Chas and Nick both were wonderful. Explained everything as they were installing showed me how to set up the thermostat showed me the flow control on the unit in case of a back up of the drain very good. Both of them are five star wonderful. I went with arnett because of the good reputation and I would like someone that has good quality service after the sale and I went ahead and got the maintenance plan for the AC plumbing and electric so I feel like I will be very pleased. looking professional. Once in he was very quick to diagnose the problem and had everything needed on the truck to repair our commode. We hardly knew he was here he was so quiet and clean. Arnett was very helpful to get us service as quickly as possible in an emergency situation. Danny spent more than two days replacing our power pole and electric box/meter after it was taken down by a dump truck. Very professional and kind. I would use Arnett for any of our repair needs in the future.
