A/C quit working over the week-end at our rental property. called Monday and Came over that day, gave us the bad news it needed replaced. ( i thought that was going to be it.) Norm quoted a price which was in my ballpark and could install by end of week. Our tenant has health issues and Norm was able to bring over a portable A/C to help them out. A plus service.

5:30 Labor Day afternoon, we arrive at our condo after a 2 week absence. The thermostat was set at 70, the room temp was 76. We called the emergency number and were told we would get a call back. An hour later Mike was on the phone saying he was on the way. He fixed the problem, gave me a bill, and I left to walk back to the condo. 30 seconds later he was chasing after me saying he had overcharged me. He corrected the bill and left. I cannot say better things about this company.

Mike of Climate Masters recently finished servicing our Trane AC which had a problem. He came out the same day when our original servicer wouldn't commit to come out for 3 days. Mike evaluated the problem, determine potential issues and ordered the parts necessary to resolve the problem. Mike was very detailed in explaining what he was repairing and the costs. We are very satisfied and would definitely recommend him to others.

During routine maintenance the service person re- configured our drain line. He did it so we can no longer remove the drain cap. and he did not dtighten the threaded fitting causing a massive leak problem on our second floor. They are not responsive and say they no longer send service people out on weekends or after 5PM. Thank God they are bonded and our lawyers can recoup the damage .

Our first Trane HVAC was installed in 2006. It ran well for 15 years, which is excellent performance considering we live right on the ocean (salt air). We called Climate Masters to replace the system; they explained our options and we selected a Trane system that balanced cost and energy efficiency. They gave us a great quote the same day and did the installation two days later. Their chief installer is a real pro with many years of experience; the quality of his work is outstanding. Everyone we interfaced with at the company was great to deal with and the system is working perfectly. We give Climate Masters our highest recommendation and we thank them for their thoroughly professional work.

What can I say. Great people answering the phone and great techs that come out. Had them do 3 jobs for me now and not been disappointed. Pricing seems good and when they fix something it seems to stay fixed. Will definitely use again.

Very POOR service..STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They claimed to have cleaned our AC coils but DID NOT!! We found out afyer the fact when a different local company came out to our house to fix their mistakes. When I called the manager K. Bailey to get an explanation she hung up on me.Do yourselves a big favor..save yourself money and aggravation and call Comfort Zone instead!
