Aaron and his helper Ryan were amazing. After 3 different technicians from a different company came out 3 days in a row and did not find the leak and said it was not our AC. Well, when Aaron from Hartwick arrived Aaron went right to work and found the leak and fixed our AC. When our contract with the other company has expired we will be getting a maintenance contract with Hartwick and a new AC we will be going with Hartwick. Thank you for solving our problem, you were great. Left with the place clean and the job done!!

So many great things to say about this company! I called today and they came within the hour. The gentleman that repaired my unit, his name was Aaron (definitely ask for him) went above and beyond, he explained everything to me and even supplied multiple option and he worked with my budget. He was so good I got the maintenance contract, witch I normally wouldn’t do. Great company, great service, great people! I highly recommend!

Technician Aaron communicated that he was on his way, after arriving he was dressed professionally and quickly diagnosed the problem. His knowledge of the business is incredible. On install day, he was punctual, efficient and had attention to detail. I would highly recommend Technician Aaron for all your HVAC needs.

I contacted Hartwick Heating & Air Conditioning at the end of January 2023, for an estimate to replace my 18 year old system. I got an appointment very quickly. Technician Nathan, was very professional and took about 1.5 hour to evaluate what would be appropriate for my house. Three weeks later, after a lengthy research, I decided that Bryant was the Brand that make more sense for my budget, needs and their good reviews, plus Hartwick had good reviews, as well. I contacted Hartwick, on a Friday to schedule. I was told to it can be done earlier the following week. To my surprise I got a called from somebody named Joe, telling they could installed the unit the quoted me on, due to the new regulation. Ironically the Unit they COULD install was over $900.00 more than the initial quote, But they would give me a $400.00 discount due to their error. He also asked if i could send him the sticker of my old unit. ( you would think that in 1.5 hour spend in evaluating , that detail would have been taken)...I asked for new estimate to be email. I wanted to see the difference between the unit they initially quoted me on vs the unit they can install (for additional charge) plus I wanted to research the new model. I didn't see the difference in part because the initial estimate didn't have the model number or name, BUT my mind was set on the Bryant unit, so I went ahead and paid the extra cost. It is hard for me to believe the rules change in only three weeks...how can they give me a quote for something they "can't install". It was not months in between from the time of the estimate to the time of scheduling...In addition during the three weeks spam i got a call asking me if I had made the decision...still then nothing was mention about the change of "regulations". somewhat feel disappointed they were not honest during the whole process and the "new regulation"thing was nothing but a way to charge me more for the installation. However, the installers were very nice and professional, and they finished earlier than anticipated. Overall, Only suggest to get detail unit, name, model number etc., Bryant has three model, Evolution, Prefer and Legacy, I was initially quoted on Evolution, as the more appropriate and and budget friendly and Evolution was installed...the extra cost only God knows...

Hartwick Heating and AC just completed a service at our home. Aaron was our technician. He did a fantastic job. He was ontime, professional and completed the job in a short amount of time. We had required a replacement part which they sourced and installed to correct some issues that had been due to the original installation. Appreciate the help!! Great job as usual Hartwick team

We had an issue with our AC unit not cooling. Aaron came in with his uncle and trouble shorted,, was extensive in his explanation with pictures. I got a real education and a pro who cares about his work and his craft. Very uncommon in todays world. The last ac company we used Chapman performed negligently. Their guys never bled our lens after routine service which caused a blockage and the over flow from the pan went through the ceiling of our guest bedroom. Don’t use Chapman, ever, only use Hartwick. I can’t say enough about the time they took to find and actually fox the problem. They even cleaned up all the trash the last guys left in my attic. I took the maintenance plan because I do t want to worry again and I won’t with Hartwick and Aaron. If there were 6 stars I would give them.

We had called in Hardwick for a very difficult problem with a clogged AC condensation drain pipe. We had tried another a/c vendor and did everything we could think of ourselves, but could not free the clog. Aaron from Hardwick came early the day they promised, and worked very hard to resolve the problem. it was not an easy fix, but he persevered and took care of it for us. I was very happy with the response in the quality service.
