Tried Wilson today since my normal go to was booked until next week. The receptionist Emily was incredibly friendly. Nick the tech showed up a few hours later and knocked out the repair in a couple of hours. He was very professional and left the areas he worked in better than he found it. Gained a customer today! 100% recommend!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Wilson's Heating & Air! My system went out during the peak season of hot Florida summers. I quoted several companies, and none can compare to Wilson's. Todd Wilson was very honest about what we needed, did not try to over sell me something & showed up the same day. They were considerably lower for the same type of system than the other companies and had it in stock. I would highly recommend this company and appreciate the work they did for me.

Customer had a problem with their air conditioner not coming on periodically. Wilson Heating and Air Conditioning were contacted because they had made repairs in the past. While the demand for air conditioning service was very high at this time, Wilson was able to have a technician respond the same day. David diagnosed a weak capacitor and made the repair.

David was very knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond, inspecting the air handler in the attic to ensure there were no problems with the air handler and then trouble shooting the compressor and related components. He was very patient in answering questions and gave the customer a feeling of confidence. Overall excellent service and a job well done!

Shawn, arrived and got right to work to figure out why the AC and the furnace was running simultaneously. He quickly figured it out and got the unit up and running, to be ready when the cold really gets here.
Shawn is a real pro and was on time, professional and was a good value for the work done.

Wilson heating and air have been amazing from the start. They sent out Alfie and Chase to do our installation for both inside and outside and they were amazing. Very nice people and caring. Didn’t feel uncomfortable at all being home alone with them. They took their time and did an amazing job. They had to remove our old units which was a pain, but they didn’t complain at all. Once it was all said and done, I couldn’t believe that you couldn’t even tell that they were even in my house! I didn’t have to clean up after them which is rare! They were so clean and caring about what they did! I highly recommend them and have already been telling friends and family how amazing they all were!

We have been using Wilson HVAC since our first house over 5+ years ago and have kept using them since moving houses. Always great, courteous, and fast service for any HVAC problems we have and can identify solutions to tricky issues while saving us $$$.

I bought this unit from Wilson's several years ago and have never had any problems whatsoever. I have it serviced by them every 6 months, which was purpose of this visit. They are just great in every respect. They're experts in the field and treat customers like family. The technicians are top-notch, friendly and professional. I also want to say that before they installed this new unit, my old unit stopped working in the middle of the summer. They went out of their way to exceed the time promised. I can't say enough about this company and I'm grateful I found them when I did. Thanks Guys!

Had a problem with heater on a Sunday afternoon and called office. Answering service had a tech call back within 15 min. He offered to come out that evening ,however, we were able to wait until Monday.
Office called us first thing in AM and a tech was at the house by 10 AM. The tech diagnosed and repaired the problem in less than an hour.
Wilson is the best. We have used them for several years and they are consistently responsive, professional and very good at what they do. We always have had a good experience with the office staff as well as the technicians. We highly recommend
