AC Medic 911

I have used AC Medic for a good 10 years. They have provided excellent service over this time. We are now replacing our Ian damaged AC System with AC Medic.

Like most here in Florida, the fear of having to replace your AC system is a constant. The overcharging and upselling you hear about creates the most stress. When our AC started to deteriorate we started the search for a reputable company. A friend recommended A/C Medic and we could not be more pleased. They were quick to respond, upfront and honest with pricing options and very flexible with our work schedules. Knowing we had little to no air, the company expanded the crew during install to ensure the lack of AC was at a minimum. They completed the work efficiently and left our home with no evidence of the substantial duct work that was done. The small additional vent work they suggested made a huge difference. I will recommend A/C Medic to everyone I know moving forward. Thank you for making the process far less stressful than we expected.

I have been using this company for several years and think they are the best air conditioning company I have ever used. Every time I have an emergency they come out the same day. One night the owner actually came to my house and not only got my a/c working but also spent an hour explaining to me the system and some preventative measures I can take to avoid emergencies. I highly recommend them for all your air conditioning needs, to repairs and new installations. - THEY ARE THE BEST !!

Chad and Zack installed a complete new system for us including new duct work. It involved moving and relocating a lot from the existing setup. We are extremely pleased with the professional job they did. Chad's knowledge of the types of systems available, and their pros and cons, was very helpful to us in making the decision of which unit to install. We couldn't be happier with the end result and I would highly recommend AC Medic 911 to anyone looking for quality work and product.

Chad came to the house to look at some mold and a bit of backed up water in the pan. He was helpful, knowledgeable, patient and reassured me that the problem was minor and could be easily repaired. He took his time explaining to me what caused the issue and how to prevent it in the future. I did not feel pressured to buy anything extra, but did understand the value if I chose to. You dont seem to get service like this anymore. I am going to buy a couple IR lights and have them out to install in the near future.

Chad and Zach are awesome. They were quick to come out to diagnose and repair my ac system . Monya at the office was very helpful. AC Medic 911 have serviced other properties of my family for years. Highly recommend.

Today we placed a call in Bonita Springs for service at 11 am. We were told the tech would be there by 4pm and so we waited. At 3pm we called back to confirm and were told that there were calls ahead of us on the Cape and it would be later than 4. There was only ONE call ahead of us at 11am but we were told that the tech had 7 calls come in "on the cape" . Basically the techs simply didnt want to come to Bonita Springs despite being a current customer! They kept us waiting all damned day and for NOTHING!!! Do NOT waste YOUR time like we wasted ours!!! We will not use this company again. I would post NO stars but yelp wont let you.

Highly recommend this company !! Zach was professional, knowledgeable, friendly - needed service on Sunday and was thrilled with response!

These guys came out at 1 in the morning to fix our AC! Very friendly and reasonably priced.
