Baker Distributing Company

I consider this Baker Distributing location to be my home base supplier and not just because they are located perfectly in St. Petersburg.
The staff at this location is knowledgeable, accurate with orders and very friendly when treated with mutual respect. These are the kind of people who will go a little further to find what one needs in a pinch.
HVAC can be a tough trade and the industry is constantly changing but I know I can rely on my Baker people to be there with the answers and materials.
I often joke with my coworkers that each supplier has its own character and quality; for me, Baker is my favorite. Get to know Steve, Tom, Adrian, Brenna and Dillion and they will meet you with kindness and helpfulness even when they are overwhelmed and under pressure by the demands of the trade.

Terrible... shorthanded means long wait times on phone and inside the store. No ownership on hand to help out. This was at 4pm. Not even busy. Not even a hello, I'll be right with you...

I ran into this arrogant kid at the counter name Henry that was very rude, inappropriate and condescending. It wasn't the first time . probably needing to be fired for using someone one else's business reputation to be smeared at the behest of this arrogant hobbit looking migit creature at the front counter.

Good HVAC Supply Warehouse! Only contractors can buy there!

Worst business. Doesn’t know how to update closing times. Doesn’t have any messaging system letting you know any info about anything. Very unorganized unprofessional company.

Great business, very knowledgeable, priced right.
