Great Company, Great People... Todd, Bryan and Mathew. I replace my A/C unit with all the Air Ducts in my house a complete A/C job on the second week of Dec. Great price for all the work. The two days they were working at my house they were always on time and very professional. My wife and I were very happy with the job they've done. I would highly recommend Southeast Cooling and Heating to any one and I would continue to use their services for the regular maintenance check on my A/C.

In South Florida finding real honest and fair service is not a given, especially with something as crucial as HVAC and Todd is all that and more, he is a wizard with ACs and is always responsive and quick to diagnose issues and fix them rapidly. I had my AC system checked & cleaned by Southeast Cooling & Heating. They were terrific: easy to contact, easy to schedule, on time, and a great job at a reasonable price. Johnny was the person who came to my house. He was pleasant yet professional, clearly knew what he was doing, and did a thorough job. I asked a lot of questions, and he patiently explained everything to me. I have found an excellent company and plan to stay with them.

Whether it was changing a thermostat or replacing a unit, their team gave the job the same level of professionalism and care. They are honest, reliable and excellent communicators!

I love this company. We have worked with them twice, on two different properties over the course of two years. One was a repair, when they could have upsold us a whole new system. The repair was enough and worked great! The second was a new system in a new house.

They don't oversell you. They suggest and provide the services you need in an honest and timely manner. Prices are affordable. Their communication is perfect. They also have great technicians who are pleasant and friendly on site. They also got us on the schedule fast. I can't say enough good things about this company.

This is now the second time using Southeast Cooling and Heating and Todd the owner is honest and straightforward as they come. I called three different companies on a Sunday to schedule an appt; and decided for southeast cooling. Todd was honest from the beginning and felt comfortable talking to a knowledgeable person that over phone understood what I needed. The guy who came to check on my AC so very nice and helpful. And the price very reasonable. And gave me an amazing estimate of what I might need in the future. Totally recommend them.

Had new AC installed in my Mom's condo. Todd came on time to give quote. Bryan came to do the install - very knowledgeable and professional. Do not hesitate to call Southeast. I was impressed with their work.
