TJ's Heating & Air Conditioning

We woke up to no heat lat week. We called TJ's Heating & Air Conditioning, they were very responsive. Their technician came out within a few hours, diagnosed the problem and quickly had us up and running. Jack was very thorough, professional, and explained in detail what the problem was. We have been a customer of TJ's Heating & Air Conditioning since 2019 and have always been very pleased with their responsiveness, the quality of their work and professionalism of their technicians.

The technician showed up early in the morning after scheduling an appointment late in the evening. They came over to check on why our heat was not working. Within 15 minutes, he fixed it! He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and even put special coverings over his shoes so that he wouldn't get our hardwood floors dirty. He even looked at the rest of our heating system to provide information and tips on care. Highly recommend!

We had a new heat pump installed by TJ's Heating & Air Conditioning. We were very happy with the whole process,they came out right away and everything was done within a day. The installers had everything taken care of and we’re enjoying our cool air and it’s very quiet. Highly recommend them to anybody.

The complete experience with TJ's Heating & Air Conditioning from calling to ask for an estimate to replace my old AC unit, to scheduling and to the actual installation with tech Johnny and his assistant was fantastic, Johnny was very efficient and did a great installation, very clean and neat work. Mike and his team spent the better part of a week crawling around my attic and working in my garage to move my house from an antiquated, leaking boiler and radiators to a furnace and air-conditioning with all new ductwork. They kept me informed throughout the project, explaining the difference pieces as they worked, including setting up a smart thermostat for the house.

The installers arrived in the morning, well within their estimate of 9 to 11. They were professional and hard-working. They quickly put up a new unit and it has worked flawlessly so far. Mike the supervisor was also professional. He answered all my questions. I would use this company again.

I was able to talk to Robby on Thursday and schedule a repair appointment for the next morning. My technician was professional, polite, hard-working, smart, and kind. He came on time, found the problem and fixed expeditiously, answered all of my questions and gave me some advice on how to avoid some potential issues in future. I would have him again in a heartbeat if I need service on my unit.
