I want to go on the record for AirPros. Dave runs a great business here. Responsive, quality services and at a great value. They’ll show up and do the job at the agreed upon time and place. They installed a new split system at my residence and I am very pleased with the quality of the work. Highly recommended!

I called AIR PROS and the owner David answered immediately! Even though it was after work hours he came that day and gave me a quote that beat local companies and one in Bainbridge. They had the new unit installed and no surprise price increases... Very kind, polite and always on time.
The price and quality of the equipment and work was so great I used them again ... Same story ...

We hired these guys to replace a very old A/C system, and to say I was impressed is an understatement. I am super picky and not an easy person to make 100% happy. The workers (including the owner David) showed up 30 minutes early, and put drop clothes down to ensure not to mess up our floors. They also wore shoe covers just to be extra safe. The install was super clean to include all wiring and piping on both the air handler and heat pump. Once the install was completed, not only did they do a great job cleaning up, they went above and beyond and vacuumed up where the drop cloths were at. During the final inspection the A/C started right up and worked flawlessly. I have included a bunch of pictures to support this post because that’s what helps me when I’m searching for a good company. We will definitely be using these guys for all our A/C needs in the future.

Just a quick shoutout to Air Pros Heating & Air Conditioning LLC. I came home weekend before last to a thermostat that was not receiving power and wouldn’t turn on my unit. I called expecting to leave a message but instead got in touch with David, the owner, right away. He sent a technician, Jay, on a Sunday evening and was able to get my thermostat back online.
Four days later, Thursday night, my unit goes on the fritz and is blowing hot air.. it was 80° inside my house! I called well after business hours, again expecting to leave a message, but was answered quickly and my concerns were immediately addressed. Jay was back at my house the next afternoon. He thoroughly inspected the entire AC system top to bottom and went above and beyond to repair the unit and make sure my AC was running like new before he left. Great pricing, clear communication and stellar customer service. 10/10 definitely recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you need new AC/Heating call Air Pros first. I shopped around for a long time, finally choosing Air Pros based upon their knowledge and expertise. I had many salespeople come through my doors talking about inflation, industry price increases and the difficulty of my installation in a cramped attic. Not Air Pros. The owner of the company stopped by and did not give me an hour long sales talk. Instead he provided me with a really good plan at a much lower price. He was spot on in understanding the approach my 30 year old home needed. He was the kind of guy you just knew was going to give you a fair shake and if anything went wrong he'd be there in a pinch. What more do you need from an AC guy with an approaching Florida summer? As for the rest of Air Pros, just generally really nice, competent people. Always very respectful and worked hard the entire time they were here . Everything they promised, they delivered. Always on time, always communicated what they were going to do. And, I don't know how they did it, but they installed my new system in an attic where one can barely sit, let alone stand. All in all, it was a great experience. I installed a Trane XV18 split system heat pump and am very happy I did.

I needed assistance on a Saturday after my Nest thermostat was malfunctioning. He took time out of his busy weekend schedule and responded to my residence in a timely fashion and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Prior to leaving he conducted a quick diagnostic test to make sure everything was functioning properly. Will definitely use every time I have heat and air problems and will strongly recommend to anyone.

I got estimate from David at Air Pro for an HVAC unit for my home. He was extremely helpful with financing options. Most importantly was best value for dollar. He does the work himself and not some a 20-year-old kid.

My A/C went out the night before a holiday. I called them because they were not 'closed'. The owner was very professional and came right on out and was able to fix the problem. He even called the next day to make sure everything was working properly and that we were satisfied. Great service and very satisfied. I will be calling them for future work. Thank you Air Pros!!
