Installed unit wrong left gaps at the plenum won’t build enough pressure to push air out to the far end of the house, they tried telling me it was my duct work but it leaks air from all around the unit so henceforth it can’t build pressure and come to find out they didn’t even tape the back side of where the unit ties to my duct work I guess I’m going to have to hire a real ac company to come fix these “professionals” mistakes, and another thing they came inside my home at 8 in the morning when no one was here, told their boss my thermostat said 73 degrees (because that’s as low as it will get without freezing up during the night) and they didn’t need to fix it, when I get home from work my thermostat is set on 77 everyday and my ac can barely maintain that without freezing up they have been to fix it 3 times and have failed to do so. Told me that they were only hired to install the a/c Which I thought meant install correctly. 10/10 would not recommend

Quality service and great price. They sent someone to assess why my 20 plus year old unit wasnt working in the winter. Found that not only was it broken it was unsafe. Got a great deal on a whole new unit to heat and cool. My power bills went down and my family is actually staying warm in the winter!

they would be out to check it ASAP that evening!

The owner of Bonds stayed in constant contact with me and was sincerely concerned about getting
my unit repaired.

Best Electrical Heating and Air Company around ...Mr. Ron Bonds is honest, dependable, and goes the extra mile to make sure that his clients are satisfied customers. Holden & Mr. James are extremely knowledgeable and have excellent customer service skills. We bought a new mobile home and the AC unit was installed by Stylecrest. We are thankful and blessed that Stylecrest contracted Bonds Electrical Heating and Air to be our service contractor.

My experience(s), thus far:

1. June, 2018 - tried installing a different unit than what was purchased with our modular home. They brought a combined unit, when we purchased a split unit (outdoor heat exchanger.) The Modular Home Dealer contracted them, or we would have ceased doing business at this point.

2. The unit was installed incorrectly. The opening to the air intake was completely blocked off by the drip pan, so the only air it could draw was from the small space remaining within the closet holding the unit. Only one, young, obviously inexperienced person was sent to install this thing.

3. They had to return to fix/connect the ductwork in the attic.

3. May 24, 2019, we arrive home to a non-functioning unit. Yes, Memorial Weekend with temps in excess of 100°. Unit is still under warranty at that point. Mr. Ron Bonds, himself, instructed my husband how to by-pass something to get it "working." He then determined it to be "non-emergent," meaning he didn't have to come right away.

4. September 27, 2019 - FOUR MONTHS later, 1:30pm we get a text response to our inquiry as to their arrival time : "The day is not over." No, Mr. Bonds, the day is not over, but my PATIENCE with you is.

Excellent and quality service! Mr. Bonds was quick to help us get our duct work and rain guard repaired. Air flow in house was fully restored.

Very grateful and pleased with the service from this company. My air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air over a week ago i called my insurance and they referred some company called keith key air, they said nothing was wrong with the unit. Then a week later they said it may be the capacitor but that it would not be in until the falling week. I immediately called clayton homes which is where i bought my home. They immediately said called Ron Bonds he's the one who installed my unit they came out the same day I called and figured out why my air wasn't working. Which was because my pipes were clogged and one was frozen. Omg if it weren't for this company i would still be in a hot house! Thanks Bonds electrical you guys saved my family and I from this heat.

Just had my ac serviced by Bond's and Tyler was great! Had water pouring in from my ceiling. He came immediately and fixed the issue fast

Rod came out twice trying to figure out why my AC worked sometimes then would stop blowing cold air. The second time he fixed the capacitor and no problems since. Thanks a lot!

Needed a new system at the worst time -- Bonds Electrical made it happen. Excellent work in timely manner. Hauled away old unit and materials our home never knew there was a problem. Highly recommend.
