Our previous air conditioner was making a lot of noise, so we called them, and they swiftly came out to have a look. They discovered that the compressor was the issue, but they also made some other recommendations for keeping it operating properly, which we took into consideration. The guy was friendly and competent, and he thoroughly described everything he was doing so that we could comprehend it. Our appreciation for their labour is sincere.

We had a great experience with this company. They were able to come out on short notice to fix our heating and air conditioning unit that was not working properly. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and get us up and running again with no issues!

So happy to find a company that could do the work I needed. I called them up and they came out right away to take care of my heating and air conditioning issues. They were polite, efficient, and professional.

Reached out to Apex Heating and Cooling, while the response was quick, they took money for actions that were not done on the unit. Only Freon was put in the unit and coils were not cleaned. We have photos to prove the work was never done beside the Freon and they are not willing to fact check with the technician that supposedly did the work. If the work was done there would have been sufficient evidence of such, either from the tech or when I the homeowner took the photos of the unit after the “work” was done. I have yet to have management reach out to me about getting the proper protocol on a refund. If anything I should only be charged for a service call as nothing was resolved.

Very sketchy business, beware !!

Apex Heating & Cooling is INCREDIBLE! After my brief description of what was happening with our AC not working, the technician knew right away what the problem could be based off of the sound I heard from the unit. He was able to fix it quickly and was so informative walking me through what was going on. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and genuine with his service. Cannot recommend them enough! Lois responded quickly, got parts rushed to us, and got it fixed ASAP. I was surprised he could even access the furnace where it sits. He also made some upgrades that should keep the thing running for years. Reasonable prices.Seems very honest. We couldn't be happier.

Apex Heating & Cooling has been incredible from the beginning! They did a full replacement of my heating and air conditioning systems last year!! Kelvin came last week to service our system, and he took the time to go over everything with me, making sure I understood what he did and how the system operates. Top notch!!
