Plan B A/C

We have never had anything but stellar service from this business. I read the other reviews about Justin and they are spot on. The first time I met Justin was when his grandfather was teaching him about HVAC units and they worked on my unit. Justin learned the business well and deserves every one of the previous glowing comments. When we called for service today the text showed they were sending someone else and I was unsure if anyone else could be as nice, thorough and knowledgeable as Justin. Well, it was Justin’s brother and he has all the same great qualities as Justin! This company hit the jackpot with these two fine young men.

My niece said she heard about Plan A B A/C on the radio Q105. First I called another air-conditioning companie and he said I needed a whole new Air Conditioner for only 7,600 dollars. That's when I called Plan A B A/C. Justin came the next day. Thanks to an honest person, he said it looked like someone slit my coolant pipe. Justin totally took out my handler outside and cleaned it.He fixed the pipe and filled it with freon and cleaned the a/c unit. He was here for hours and did an excellent job. My neighbor came over and told him how he appreciated the excellent job and being honest with me. Thank you Justin for your excellent service. Justin was a great representative of your company. He was polite, professional, thorough, knowledgable. & honest. He took twice as much time as previous AC technicians in the past. I will definitely use his services again.

I can’t praise our technician, Justin S., enough! He was very informative, punctual and walked me through the process step by step. Prior to Plan B A/C, we had two other companies tell us we need a whole new unit to repair our issue. Justin unclogged our drain line, cleaned the water build up, and our problem was fixed. We even signed up for the membership because the value spoke for itself. 10/10 would recommend.

We asked PlanB to come out and check our system as a second opinion. They sent out Justin, who was amazing. He was thorough, patient and very knowledgeable. We were very happy with the results of his findings!

Everything was very professional from start to finish. I got a same day appointment. The two gentlemen that came out were honest, did not try to sell me anything I did not need and explained everything to me.

Had a my AC serviced, I wanted a second opinion because I have an older system, they both said that my air is running fine but I still have issues. Between both I have spent over a thousand dollars and I’m still having the same problem.
