Do not buy a Trane. Their products are poor and they do not stand behind the poor quality of their products. I have a 7 year old unit that needs replaced for a mere $12,000. I dont know about you but I cant afford a $12,000 furnace every 7 years. The warranty was purchased originally, but we never transferred it upon the purchase of our home as we didnt know that was something we had to do. Do yourself a favor and buy a Lenox. You will get a better unit and it will last way longer. We put one in our old house and its still going strong 12 years later, thats 5 years longer already than our Trane….and they have an easier to work with customer service that is military friendly.

This review is not about this sales office but about Trane in general. Purchased a new A/C unit for our newly constructed house ($1M+ home) in July 2022. Three weeks ago the unit failed due to a coil leak in the condenser (now only 5 months old). 10 year parts and service warranty but "NO PARTS AVAILABLE" per the installer. How can Trane continue to sell a system with a 10 year warranty knowing they don't have parts available to uphold their warranty? Three weeks without A/C and with no remedy in sight so we had it all removed, dumped in the installer's parking lot and had a new, larger, higher seer rated, better brand system installed. Will be seeking monetary damages from Trane for sure. Don't buy a Trane. Spend the extra for Carrier, Gree or Bosch and I think you'll be much happier.

My 2nd brand new unit has stopped cooling and is freezing up again. Can you please get me in touch with the group that owns / manages residential Trane units in Tampa?
I have called my college friend that works for the news station 8 “On Your Side.“ I am going to file a report with the BBB as well. I am extremely disappointed in Trane, especially the residential service group in Tampa.
Again, to summarize. This is my 2nd brand new unit, after the first one was delivered; setup and stopped working 48 hours later. That unit was repaired and stopped working again. I am now on the 2nd brand new unit and it’s not working. Similar problem. All within 45 day’s.
I have a large family and not having AC is a big problem.
Trane’s Customer service was non-existent. I called /emailed /utilized social media. Absolutely terrible.
This experience has been a “Trane Wreck” and supposedly there motto is “nothing stops a Trane”

I called the sales office for some basic information about size of units that would be adequate for my 4 bedroom home. Also was asking about instalation times and removal of old system.
Beware, do not talk to a woman by the name of Michelle Graves.....not very knowledgeable and at times was curt with her answers. She seemed like I was bothering
her.
I ended up calling another Trane sales office to get the information I needed.

Richard Armstrong and Lester showed up from D & D Air to remove old Carrier system and install new Trane system. Within 4 hours they were done, cleaned everything up and went through settings with me. Very professional and was a delight to do business with this company. Would highly recommend to everyone! Great job guys!!!

Just had a driver # ga 1797 cut me off while I was in the merging lane doing 10 mph trying to get over. The driver was very angry, flicked me off and was inches from hittng me whlie I was trying to get over and didn't let me get over so I had to slam on my brakes before hitting the guardrail. The driver is dangerous and I hope this company keeps record of this. I have video to prove it if needed.
It has been 5 months and I've CALLED 5 times to HR and I have not received a call back.
Its sad this company doesn't care about the safety of others....Whatcha

Driver of truck gr302 was weaving in and out of traffic and cut off my wife and made her almost crash. She also had our child in the car. He never slowed down to apologize or anything!
