    I booked an appointment with Curley over a month ago. The morning of the appointment and I had yet to hear from anyone re timing. I call the office at 10 am and they tell me they need to ask the technician. I wait. I call back at 2:30 pm. They said they need to ask the technician again and would call me back. They call back and tell me my appointment was canceled due to technicians calling out and emergency repairs for other customers. Curley needs to work on their customer communications skills. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

    I had several issues with my AC i have had a service contract with them for several years they basically ghosted me nevr would set a time to come out again they simply dont care about their customers

    This company has great service and they are top of it! Their technicians know what they’re doing and try to get out as soon as possible! They don’t overcharge and they’re honest with what you actually need.

    Called for service. They came quick. The fix was 5 min. The cost was 95.00. I feel that this amount is way too much for a quick fix

    I called Curley's, after my original A/C company went out of business. They were very responsive to my A/C problem. A technician was sent out the same day. The problem was diagnosed quickly. The part was ordered & installed within 3days.Thank you for your professionalism.

    terrible service. we’ve been calling them constantly for a MONTH after installing brand new a/c unit - dealing with florida summer heat trying to get them to repair leak in a/c. we have a senior dog who has been suffering as well as someone immunocompromised suffering the heat, too. techs have been out 4+ times but we are given no timeline for repair. once a week they come and re up the freon ... but don’t repair the unit... i don’t understand. if you value your pets and a/c DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! today it is 90 degrees in my home - this is unacceptable. you folks should be ashamed of the way you do business.

    they have stopped calling before arriving and they can’t give us a time they will be here! when we can NO LONGER BE IN OUR OWN HOME because of the heat! how are we supposed to be prepared for you folks to show up?! with no communication?! the gentleman was told to let himself in the garage as it’s open - but came by and left without any acknowledgment and did not even re up freon. no knock/doorbell/phone call. i only caught the guy pulling out of the driveway and by then it was too late - it’s just silly. please don’t give these people your hard earned dollars.

    Called and spoke with the receptionist at the office about having a service technician to come for a service call, I waited 2 days no phone call I called the office again spoke with the receptionist she told me she would give them my number and have him call 2 days no call again, I called a third time and the receptionist said she would give my number to curley the owner and have him call take a guess what happened 2 days still no call. Will not be calling again terrible service along with terrible communications I hope that they do not do this to all their customers or they will not be in business much longer.
