Air We Go Air Conditioning

Air conditioner was not working in the summer on Saturday night. Ralph showed up on time on an emergency call on a Sunday. I followed him around trying to learn and it was easy to tell he was a master in his trade. I joined their Service Membership Maintenance plan and highly recommend them. They are reasonably priced and very fast!

I called for the annual check up of my AC and this guy took my call and said he would come the following day between 12 and 3. I asked if he could update me before 12 with a little closer ETA by text or call and he agreed. I texted him at 11:50 AM asking for an estimated ETA.

At 12:20, having not received an answer, i texted him telling him not to come. Im not going to sit around for 3 hours like a fool hoping he would deign to come over and make some money as he had agreed. From the day before i never heard another word from him and he was less than professional in our phone conversation at that time.

I call Danny on Monday afternoon and the next day our brand new AC installed and the price is reasonable! Thank you Danny & your staff.
