I spoke to the owner re issues with my ac. He seemed to understand and told me he could not schedule until the next friday [9 days away]. I submitted the request as he suggested through his website, and then... Nothing. 9 days later I called twice and then sent an email message. Nothing. Ghosted.

They didn't answer the phone and when they finally did, the owner came and gave me an estimate. He scheduled my job for 2 days later. Then he didn't show up, didn't call and then called almost 2 weeks later to schedule my job. Luckily, I had already gotten the job done by a nice, professional young man.

We had a fantastic experience with Envirotech Air Quality Services. I called them to diagnose an issue with our dryer vent and exhaust system and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided, from the admin staff who handled scheduling/pricing, to the technician team that came to the house. They were professional at every turn, responsive to my requests, and arrived promptly to the appointment - and what a great value! I will certainly use them again, and I would recommend them without reservation.

I knew we needed to have this work done and finally scheduled to have the whole house systems completed. We have 4 a/c units and 20 plus vents. They were professional in time, communicative, and careful. This was quite the thorough cleaning you want and honestly need. Living under PBI and next to Dixie Highway creates an endless amount of dust and build up. The team was thorough. I would highly recommend and use them again. Also that are extremely knowledgeable about different systems.

Rich was very knowledgeable and professional. He assessed my ac issues and fixed them the first time giving me peace of mind and saving me quite a bit of money. I have solicited other companies in the past regarding my ac repairs and none of them were half as good as Envirotech . There in house training is superior to all other companies that I have dealt with over the years in Palm Beach County. Envirotech came to our home to help diagnose and treat some air quality issues. All of the appointments leading up to the service were on time and professionally conducted. The advisor, Rich, was very helpful and made recommendations that helped to address the issues we had in the simplest, most effective way possible. Chris's team, that came the day of service, was also prompt and very professional. They were extremely careful with our home and left everything immaculately clean. I very much appreciated that they did not do anything unnecessary, and explained and changed their recommendations based on what they found once they were looking inside the system so as not to waste money on unneeded services. They documented all of their work and they were very pleasant to have in our home, and very kind to my three year old daughter. Each member of their team was so nice, professional, and careful, and I would recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again.

Great service! I had Chris and Kenny come to clean my air ducts. They were punctual, respectful, professional, informative, and in a great mood the whole time. Five stars to these two!

Most consumers are suspicious of contractors - period. We never know if what they say needs done really needs done and even worse, if we hire them to do the work we don’t know if they actually do it! I was very cautious when it came time to finding a contractor to clean the aid ducts in my house. I had several companies come to give me estimates. I then compared what each said I needed to have done and then I discussed the information with my regular AC technician. I went back and forth with 2 contractors. One was 2/3rds the price of the other and one said they could get the job done “today” in 3-4 hours while the other said it would take 7 hours and they were booked for 2 weeks! One wanted to remove the coil from my AC unit to clean it - the other wanted to clean it in place. After several days of consideration I chose Envirotech. Their price was more expensive and I had to wait 2+ weeks but I’m glad I did. They are very professional and they took time to show me what they were doing while they were in my house. I highly recommend them.

Great service. I called Thayne and he came right away to check out my existing system and give me options. He was fair with pricing, scheduled his techs to come promptly. When the techs came, Alex and Mateo worked very hard and were very friendly. They got my new HVAC system in that afternoon and made sure everything was running smooth. Overall I would highly recommend this company in an industry where it’s tough to know who to trust and who is giving you a fair shake, they did just that.
