Johnstone Supply The Ware Group

I have two customers who have had more than 3 coils leaking in the same spot and all they want to do is warranty parts instead of own up that Amana is having a issue. They also only have 1 technical advisor for the whole state and he is on the WEST COAST. Johnstone used to be great at supporting its dealer, now the reps hands are completely tied and all control given to the 1 technical advisor who is clearly on overload.

They're okay. They have one of the best selections of HVAC tools in town, but they're overpriced... By a lot. The guys that work here are pretty great though. And the ridiculous prices are NOT their fault. It's the corporations fault for taking advantage of the working stiffs who need to buy tools, etc.

Bought a mini split from this company. Machine had an issue from day one on Startup. Their warranty process is terrible left my client down without air for over two weeks to get the repair part.

What are the best places to go there for AC supplies and parts very knowledgeable staff always eager to help and the prices are reasonable

Was told that a A/H a competitor was out of would cost $300.00 more. This because conflict of interest
