Mr. Morgan is indeed the best a/c tech we've ever dealt with. Late last night and today, this man exceeded expectations and went beyond his scope of work to make us happy in 82 deg of FL heat. The bill is the bill, but it's ppl like Chris that make it easier to digest. If in need of service, ask for Chris and you'll see what I mean. The man obviously takes pride in his work and that makes all the difference.
Premier Comfort installed a new HGAC system for us in May of 2020. Their work, service, and follow-up has been excellent ever since. Their quick response to any questions is impressive and appreciated. We have used their plumbing services as well, and we have been equally impressed. I highly recommend Premier!
I purchased an annual premier service contract which gives us priority benefits, etc. I recently had the water main into the house burst, losing 1,000’s of gallons of water. We called in for service and they said two weeks! Really? They said our premier contract has a lot of people now need immediate service. Then they have the gall to send an email on the annual check up, on a brand new systems, needs $3700 in updates? Really? To make matters worse, they did the last repair on the main! My advice is to stay away from this company. They don’t honor their contracts! Total waste of money.

I was informed that I had a federal pacific panel! Thank god I didn’t have a fire. Nick, the electrical manager came and quickly made my house safe until the permit went through and he could change the panel. He was wonderful! The new panel looks great. Would recommend Premier Comfort Services to everyone!
Had a uv light installed and purchased a club membership that is supposed to provide priority service, 2 annual tune ups , plumbing inspection, and duct sanitizing. Out service was scheduled for the 1st tune up in February. Received a call stating we were the first appointment. On the day of the service we received a text stating they were on the way. I received a call from the gate saying they were here. No one showed up. After several calls I was promised a refund within 10 business days. That never arrived. Now it is in the Better Business Bureau’s hands.
My air conditioner stopped working and James Conway came here twice to repair it. We had to wait for the fan motor To come in. James Conway was very professional and very polite. I would give him a five star review. Thank you Jame
6/29/2023 Nick Gagnon and his apprentice Preston came and installed a new breaker panel. They were on time and very courteous the entire time. It was a BIG job that took all day but they worked non-stop and made sure to complete it that day as I had been without A/C for two days due to the old 35 year old panel. They cleaned up after the job was complete and left my house spotless. I am extremely pleased with their professionalism and the work they did. 5 Stars *****
6/28/2023 Nick Gagnon, Premier Comfort's Electrician and his apprentice Preston came to give me a bid on replacing the old loud bathroom exhaust fan. After Nick checked it out, he said that the fan was actually working and was quiet. He found a blower fan that was keeping the Heat Lamp and other incandescent bulb cool and that was the culprit for making all the noise. He suggested to replace the 2 bulbs with new LED bulbs that give off no heat that way making the blower fan unnecessary and he was able to turn it off. I now have a quiet bathroom. Yay! In the meantime he saw that my kitchen and two bathrooms were not up to code with the new GFI outlets and suggested that I replace all of them. Originally I was only going to do the kitchen but Nick said that I should do the bathrooms also and then my apartment would be up to code all in one job. I am glad he convinced me. Thank you Nick for your courtesy and good judgment. And thank you Preston for installing some of the plugs too. You both were great! 5 Stars *****
We have been Premier Comfort Club Members since 2018. Back in November, technician Jason came into our home for service. Within days we had substantial water damage. Another technician came over that evening to inspect the air handler and pump. I don't know what he did, but he said maybe the pump had been plugged into an outlet in the attic that didn't have power or that shut off with the attic light. In any case, everything was working fine until Mr. Smith did his maintenance and then we had a major water leak in our attic. Ceiling, walls and carpet had to be ripped out. Our emails and phone calls were not returned from Sofia Lewis. Premier Comfort Service, Inc. never took responsibility for the damage, only offered a small amount of money to defray our costs.
