I was told that I would be contacted before the job would be done in order to approve of the estimate, but was never given the opportunity to. Job was completed at a very expensive price without my consent. Have called the offices 3 times to ask for an explanation and I was told that a manager would call me to explain but they never reached out to me. Very unprofessional. Eager to charge but poor communication and customer service.

Called and told me tech was going to arrived 10am-noon, tech arrived at 4pm. Tech said the fan motor was bad, needed a new motor for $1200, another company came out and replaced the capacitor for $150 and the fan works just fine…

When Air Pros got the call from me about my thermostat, they sent out a tech right away. They were flexible with my schedule and sent texts when the tech was on his way. Another opinion was needed and Raul was dispatched. Raul was very professional, ran some tests, and knew exactly what the problem was, one and done! I am pleased with them and recommend their service.

Air Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - if I could, I would do six stars. Called in a crisis with no working HVAC systems. Can quickly (1-2 hours), was very clear with process and the repairs and charged a reasonable price under the circumstances!!!!! God bless you guys !!

I needed to get a new system. The tech came out on time, and was very knowledgeable about the situation told me that my compressor had failed and it was so old it needed to be replaced and they got me up and running with a new system within 24 hours! I will be using them for now on!

Because they installed a heat pump I had to call them back. All for a lose wire. They installed my Carrier unit a cpl yrs ago. Had constant issues. Was told it was a Catastrophic Failure. Had several techs in a 1 week time frame. All had different reasons the unit would not work. I was the only one who suggested replacing the thermostat! That fixed it.
Wow, none of these techs even thought of it.
