We’ve used their services twice already and both times the service we received was prompt, they were knowledgeable and quick, and reasonable! So glad a friend recommended me to Zack and team because my husband and I were struggling with other companies. Zack even answered a call on a Sunday and was out the next day. If I could give 6 stars I would.

A month ago i had a clogged in the pipes i called Billy jones to send me someone , he sent Brently which broke my Ac pipe drainage and said it’s not replaceable because my unit is old and i need a NEW System !!!! He called Billy Jones the Owner and he agreed. Billy promised that he is gonna find the unit and the prices and contact me . He left me out for A month!!!!! Yes over 4 weeks . Sorry Billy if I trusted You u are not a guy of his word . Warning these people are very inconsiderate and not Professional. STAY AWAY

Very impressed with their service. They got to my house quick and fixed my AC in an hour. Very polite and reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone looking for AC repair.

They was a no show person who answers the phone was rude disrespectful and very unprofessional. As I waited over the weekend because I had a bad leak that made my ceilings crumble these guys Lied said the called me numerous times when in fact I was calling them when I finally get through I'm greeted with who the hell are you and what do you want 😡😡😡
