When we had the unit serviced for the first time by a different company we found out that there was never a permit pulled! The drain is terminating under the house. There is no electrical fitting on the unit and wires are rubbing on sheet metal. Termial block not screwed to the air handler. No service disconnect in mechanical closet. I spoke to the owner who didn't seem to care and told me that was my problem. Is this what you want to happen to you ? We have to pay to have this all fixed ! Save yourself the headaches and extra expense and hire someone else ! I believe we will also need to hire a lawyer!

Rob, Brandon and the guys have repaired and maintained my AC units through the years, but it’s only recently I’ve thought of reviewing them. Airpliance installed our new AC unit, and ALL ductwork with expertise and attention to detail. We couldn’t have asked for anything better! Thank you all who were involved.

I own a large rental home in Davenport. I needed to replace three heat pumps and after researching the market picked Trane. I then had three different Certified Trane Specialists quote the job.
Rob, the owner of Airpliance, gave me his direct number, and also the best quote and financing terms.
The install was quick and efficient. When one of the units had a minor problem, they were out the same day to repair it. They have continued to provide excellent service for the routine maintenance to keep them running efficiently.

Answered an emergency call in May on a weekend. Air was not cooling. There within a couple of hours, air working in 30 minutes. Recommended replacing the unit due to age.

Had unit replaced in July when it started not cooling well again. Arrived in timely manner, got the initial work done in an afternoon. Had some issues over that weekend with Freon leaks, they kept coming to refill until able to get a new part and correct on the Tuesday. Also replaced the breaker and some vents gratis to make up for the issue.

What can I say. We use Air Pliance for ALL our a/c work. We have never had an issue with them not turning up and the boys work late. Brandon has just done another repair for us so our guest is happy.

I was having a bad day already, and then I got the call from my wife telling me the house was 81 degrees but it was set at 70 degrees. So, due to a storm, the power went out at the same time but none of my neighbors were without power. Greg from AirPliance came out right away and diagnosed the AC problem. I was waiting for Teco to come address the power problem, but Greg said he didn't mind taking a look at the power issue even though I knew that was not his job. He started testing things, and 15 minutes later we got our power back on. Still no AC for now until they order the part, but it will be fixed soon enough. I will never use any other AC company ever because AirPliance proved to me that their number one concern is my family's comfort. Thank you, Greg, for your professionalism and your dedication to your craft.

The worst service I've had ever! 5 months to fix a dishwasher, worked twice and broke again. I was nothing but an insurance inconvenience to them. Pulled out dishwasher and found wire to the heating unsecure. Poor quality and unreliable workmanship! By the way the heating element is bad and always has been bad. That's What he error code represents!.

Chuck was very professional and explained what he did to get my AC up and running. He was quick, and had my house cool in no time!

We had three different companies come out when we had no hot water, and only Brandon L. at Airpliance managed to diagnose and get the problem fixed. He did a great job, was friendly and fast! Thank you!

This is a very unprofessional company. We had a service appointment set, waited until 7pm no one showed or called. I called to inquire about this and was blatantly lied to. I was told they called and left a message. Funny thing is, we didnt have any missed calls or messages. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. What a joke.
