Horrible experience the whole time. We live in a rental home that has a property management company. We had no choice on anything taking place or who was completing the job.

When the initial assessment for mold took place, the person that came out was extremely rude and condescending toward me and trying to blame the issue on myself and my roommates. He told me that there was mold and then quickly backtracked and said “mildew” because they aren’t allowed to use the “M” word to tenants. But then proceeded to gaslight us the entire experience and blame us for the entire problem.

We had a 2nd and 3rd opinion come in and both have told us that it is in fact mold. They came to clean out the air ducts thinking that would help, we were told they were also fixing the humidity issue in the house-with the a/c on 70° it was still at 71% or higher. They never fixed it and we had to message our maintenance team to even get them to tell us that they didn’t have the parts to fix it. They should have known what was needed from the initial assessment of the place and had the parts available.

They also left all kinds of debris and insulation and pieces of the ceiling all over our beds and floors and knocked over a full wallflower air freshener that spilled all over our carpet but plugged it back in and acted like it never happened.

After about 3 months of dealing with them, they still haven’t fixed our dehumidifier that they put in, humidity is very high in the house and they continually blame us for changing settings on the thermostat, even though we have not made any changes. One tech that came in called me “boss lady” the whole time he was here due to the issues we have had and knowing what the conversations have been. Extremely disrespectful and condescending.

Five stars all day long.
They completed in three hours what another company took two days to do.
Cleaned up the work area and we're very courteous to our residents.
Will never hire any other company to do our HVAC work.

I can't say enough about these guys. They were friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, fast and clean. it was rough getting the news that we needed to replace, but Steven and Co. kept me calm through the whole process. It was actually cheaper for us to go with a new system installed then to buy the parts we needed.

I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to give us a better price than several estimates. They were referred by a friend whom had also shopped around. System was quickly installed and we they scheduled installation the next day. I would recommend them to others.

E&G hvac service gave me air conditioning repair service, the office and the tech were great, on time and convenient price. I will use them again! Highly recommended.

Our AC iced over and I called on a Sunday. The operator sent out a technician the next day. Al was our service tech. He was very thorough and explained every step of his process and showed me the parts of the unit that was of concern. He called the office multiple times to get us the best deal possible.

Hot or cold E&G is the way to go! I use them on all of my annual A/C maintenances for my home. Fast and friendly service and always a great price. The technicians are also experienced and knowledgeable regarding your system and will gladly assist you if you have any concerns. Whenever you call in, Steven is your guy. He’ll help you with just about anything no matter what the issue is and will always find a solution for you.

Al arrived on time and was very informative on getting a quote for replacement of existing system. Talked with us about existing problems and made recommendations. He doesn’t do the sales of the systems but was very helpful in talking to someone that does the repairs. He will have the Sales dept give us a quote based on what he recommends and our needs.

We would definitely recommend this company. They are very professional and courteous. They got our AC up and running within no time at all. Thank you
