Had another great experience with Neese Jones. I called yesterday (on July 4th) and they made an appointment for me for today. He came on time, evaluated the issue and got everything fixed very quickly. He was extremely professional and so nice. We always have a good experience with them!

Great company, from the people in the office, to the guys doing the work! Our downstairs A/C unit stopped working, and while I told them it wasn't an emergency, they were able to get someone out to me the same day I called. When my suspicions were confirmed that the unit was toast (it was old and I knew I was on borrowed time), they were able to line up an install within the week. The guys who came out to install were very polite and respected our home. They put in a long day, but got both units swapped out and working. Very happy I called Neese-Jones to get the job done!

Reached out HOURS before the office opened as our GYM (business) A/C was out and members were cancelling due to the heat. Response was IMMEDIATE, communication was consistent and we were back in business within a couple of hours! Professional service from the answering service all the way to the tech that got us up and running.

Had to replace our 20 year havc system. Was recommended this company by a co worker. It was a pleasure working with them. The sales rep Cody was very straight forward and professional. My wife was really impressed with the install team and their plant knowledge! Ha ha! Overall great experience.

Awesome customer service! Very personable and courteous. Russell came out for the AC maintenance and was quick and efficient. Price is very comparable and their twice a year AC/Heating maintenance package is a great deal! Highly recommend!

We've used Neese Jones for the past 8 years to complete biannual service on our three HVAC systems and most recently, to replace two HVAC systems. They are always responsive and on time and take care of things for us as quickly as possible, especially in an emergency. The service techs and installers are professional and friendly and clean up their work. Cody in sales is fantastic to work with and puts us at ease when trying to decide the best way to handle an expensive project.

Clayton and Dekota, both service technicians were outstanding in their customer service, diagnostic analysis, correcting the problems during one of the hottest days of the year for our a.c. to be out for the last two days. Excellent work.
