Dennis and his team are the best. They are competitive price wise but their service sets them apart. Came out to replace a failed ac system and then came out a day later to check and make sure everything was running properly. All the team members we met were top notch. System they recommended is running fine and we are cool again!

Great interaction with the owner and his installers/ Technicians. We had two(2) complete new heat pumps installed. Crews were on time and completed removal and installation in minimum time. Also Great cleanup of the work areas and removal of old equipment. Will highly recommend! Very professional.

Got a new heat pump through them and they came in at well below the price of anyone else, and then slogged through large puddles on a rainy day to get it installed. The workers were very nice and thorough. Only two things I didn't like. I pretty much knew I was having them out there for an estimate for a new heat pump, and they did a diagnostic of my old one and charged me for it anyway, even though I just wanted an estimate for a new one. That cost me an extra $50. And also beware that they charge 3% for using a credit card, even if the charge is $4200 (which is what I paid!). So if you don't have the cash in the bank right now for something like that, you'll get charged an extra $120 or so just to use your credit card! I would still recommend them though. I've been using them for years and they've always been fair and knowledgeable.

Installed a system in a building for us. Initially it worked well, but as time has passed, the system has not been working right. We had the service folks come out last August. The servicemen, while working on the unit, started to "light up" and had to be asked not to smoke on the property. As well, there were problems that they did not have answers to - just said that is the way it is. They serviced the unit, made a couple of suggestions as far as changing the air filter. We have been taking care of the unit as they said we should but the unit started sucking in the air filters. They said to use a firmer filter, so we tried that and it did not work. We got a second opinion and now realize the mess that D&D created. Also spoke with another person who D&D took care of and they have been out there 4 times to try to correct the situation. Would not recommend them,

Love!Love! This company! Beverly is great! Also they know what they are doing. Very reliable. It is so hard to find great companies these days. I have 3 houses (and over the years have used a lot of different companies) and this is the condo in Athens is the only one I keep a contract with for A/C!

Great service…and even better people.

Great company very punctual. Got a crew to me in less than an hour. Very honest and knowledgeable great techs asked questions of what the system was doing and diagnosed the problem quickly. Will definetley recommend them.

This company does not understand how to execute helpful or timely customer service nor good communication between service men and customers. We have only had one service person out of 3 who actually knows what they’re doing and has had to fix the problems created by their fellow service men. We would not recommend this company to anyone until these things are drastically changed.
