Hooks HVAC has done outstanding work for me dating back to 2013 when Joe and his crew installed my original unit and new duct work. He provides extremely affordable annual maintenance and my unit still runs GREAT! Six months ago Joe replaced my split unit and I LOVE it. While he was here he serviced my heat pump and air handler while installing a float switch for the drip pan. I was gone on vacation a week and upon return found my unit NOT operating because the float switch stopped the system from flooding my garage. I contacted Joe Sunday evening and his crew was at my house and fixed my clogged drain line by 10 am on Monday morning. THANK YOU Joe, Eddie and Derek. Hooks HVAC is the best for response, affordability, and professionalism. Awesome service.
