Custom Klimates

Our A/C went out Tuesday night and it was a whopping 80+ degrees in our home. I did a search and called Custom Klimates the next morning on my search to get it repaired. The woman who answered was very understanding and attentive. She sent someone out that afternoon (yesterday). Ashton was amazing. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Replaced the part we needed, and now we have cold air! Very reasonably priced! My husband and I ended up buying the maintenance package. Custom Klimates will for sure get our business from now on.

Our air was out when we came home from vacation over July 4th. My husband called early this morning and Cedric came out in two hours and got it going again right away. Couldn’t ask for service.

Custom Klimates did a fantastic job installing our Heating and Air Conditioning Systems. We had three Bryant Evolution Systems installed in our home. Jason, Drew, Kevin, and Raul were extremely professional, and efficient. They installed our basement system one day and then came back to install the two upstairs units on another day. From start to finish the whole process was easy. Jason came out initially to give us a quote and spent over 2 hours measuring, taking pictures, and inspecting our current system. He then thoroughly explained what he was going to do, how long it would take, what I could expect during and after installation, and what financing options were available. He really took his time to make sure that I was comfortable in my decision to go with them. Installation was quick and expertly done, and the site was cleaned up prior to them leaving. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a system replacement or service.

Absolutely the "BEST" Hvac company I have ever dealt with. From the time you call the office and talk with Beth. Too when the technician arrives. It is just a Pleasure to deal with a business like this. Cedric came to our house today, he diagnosed the problem, he went above and beyond to take care and get us back to Cold air quickly. Cedric was off the charts "Great". Beth at the office was a Pleasure to talk with. I have Absolutely found our HVAC company from now on. Thank you so much for your Top notch efforts to help us during this Heat wave!

We have used Custom Klimates for several years and this install was for 2 systems. They were on time each day they were working at the home. Each person working on the systems were very professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. It was a 4 day install. They made sure everything was completed correct the first time and did not rush it. We would use them again!!!

We needed a mini-split ductless system put in to provide HVAC to some space that was not in the original ducting plan for our house. Jason and his team worked well with us, listened to our desires, came on time, and finished our project earlier than estimated. They were efficient, thoughtful in their work, and got done before the heat of the day really settled in at our house. We were very pleased with their work.

Our AC condenser went out unexpectedly late on Saturday, Father’s Day Weekend. Tim, Jason & Brannon worked diligently to get AC back into our house. They provided us with portable units until they were able to get the required parts and had me up and running in no time. I can’t brag enough of what a phenomenal job this team has done for my family and having two toddlers and a newborn in the house they couldn’t have been quicker! They maintained constant communication and made sure it was done correctly! An amazing tidbit of information that was tremendous was that the Custom Klimates team registers the warranty on their installed products on the behalf of the home owner in getting the full benefits of the warranty of the installed system and in our case a full 10 year warranty on our Bryant system. May the LORD Jesus bless this amazing team!!!

Let me tell you, we had our entire HVAC system replaced in July of 2017 and I can’t say enough great things about the team at Custom Klimates. In an emergency they came through with incredible speed and workmanship. Tim, the owner carries incredible integrity and character. He and Jason, the General Manager, educated me on everything I could possibly know and more about my system. I highly recommend Tim and his staff to provide you with the highest of customer friendly service to exceed any of your expectations! If there happens to arise an issue be quick to get in touch with Tim and he will go the furthest possible distance to personally see through an issue. LORD bless Tim and the team at Custom Klimates!

From my first phone to the completion of installation, Jason and his team provided outstanding customer service. All questions were answered, installation was quick and clean, and pricing was excellent considering the service provided. I would highly recommend Custom Klimates to anyone with HVAC needs.

Lance, Mark and Cedric were all very professional and responsive to fixing our problem. We will be using Custom Klimates for all of our HVAC needs in the future.

Jason has great customer service and installed a mini split system in our basement. He was professional and reasonable. They waited for me to finish the basement with the drywall before they came back. It was a fairly smooth process. I would recommend them. Also the mini Split looks pretty good.
