You must need to be a customer in order for them to care about your safety. Because as I rode down I-40 east this morning, a driver for this company weaved in and out of traffic, speeding 85+ in the slow lane and then cutting me off almost causing me to swerve off the road and then continuing on doing the same thing to other cars. Great representation of your company. Do not recommend any company that does not value a humans life!

Colin and Nick did a superb job on installing my new AC unit and adding another return in the house. They were professional, polite, and efficient. The communication from the time Mike did an assessment to the completion of the job, was excellent. I am very happy with Premier and its employees.

My A/C was not functioning efficiently and I needed to have it checked with the temperatures hitting the 90s. They fit me into their schedule within a few days and explained the different options. The technician Devin showed up on time and was very professional. He explained everything he did and was going to do. My A/C just needed the tune up and was running fantastic when he left. Extremely pleased with service I received. Highly recommend!

We discovered Premier 5 years ago when we had air and heating issues at our business. They have always been very responsive to our needs. Today their service tech Paul Stanley came out to perform our seasonal system preventative maintenance. This was Paul’s third time servicing our business. Paul is very personable, professional and very knowledgeable. He always answers all our questions and makes good suggestions on what we should do. We really appreciate that Premier sends such a knowledgeable tech and one that knows our business very well.

Last night, the outdoor AC unit started making loud noises and the fan wasn’t spinning anymore. Contacted Premier the following morning via their website, and they called back shortly after to schedule Steve P. to come out this afternoon at 2pm. He arrived on time, identified the cause immediately, clearly explained the issue and how much the costs would be, and then replaced the part all within 30 mins. I always recommend Premier.

Premier is my go to for HVAC service. They always service you quickly and when my ac went out in July they made it a priority to get it replaced when other companies said 3 to 4 weeks Premier had it replaced in 3 days.
Paul has been a great tech as well. He is on time, nice, and knowledgeable I will definitely request him next time I need service

We called Premier for service on a heat pump that we had been having issues with for the last year. The technician recommended a replacement and contacted, Ryan Jones, to set up a meeting. In about 7 working days we had a new system installed by Kevin Moir and Jake. The whole process was very prompt, professional and reasonably priced. We are more than pleased with Premier and their service.
