Very professional, had to get my system replaced and they were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I spoke with the owner Bryan and he was very helpful with his knowledge and recommendations on what we needed. I would absolutely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone else.

My ac unit quit working Saturday pm. I called Ackers after hours number Sunday. Received a return call about 10 minutes later. They were at my house within 20 minutes and had my ac fixed shortly after. Couldn't ask for better service . If you need ac service I highly recommend Ackers.

We have used Acker Heating and Cooling for years. They are a family owned company with a great group of people. Large enough to service several areas, but "small town" enough to know their customers. They are a company that can be trusted. They take the time to listen to the customer and answer questions to the best of their ability. We have never felt they were pressuring us to buy their service or product. They would present what we needed and would give us the time to talk it over and make a decision right for our budget. Because of how well they have handled all our needs, we trust them when we are faced with a quick decision (i.e. summer extreme heat and no a/c).

If our system needs maintained or repaired, we feel Acker works hard to give us the best price possible to complete the job. We realize this is difficult in this economy today, but in the long run you keep customers longer by being a company known to be fair and honest. We have never felt this company was attempting to give us a "made" up diagnosis just make a dollar. They really do care for the customer and what the customer needs with an understanding that budgets can be tight, especially in these days of inflation. My family would highly recommend you using Acker Heating & Cooling for all your HVAC needs.

Our unit was 20 years old and worn out. The new unit cut my power bill in half! John was easy to work with and help find the right unit.
