Marlin got here quickly to help me figure out what was going on with my thermostat.
He was very nice guy. Very professional and was able to instruct me on what was going on. He had a thermostat in his truck that would work and he got it installed for me in a very timely fashion. He kept me informed along the way on what he was doing and offered advice for the future.
He got me signed up to go on contract with Peachtree Service Expert so I'll be seeing them frequently and I will ask for Marlin each time.

Freddi with Peachtree Service gave us amazing service today and was so knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time and made sure everything was in perfect working order and also gave expert recommendations that we needed. I would highly recommend Peachtree Service Experts always. I had to have a new unit put in and the gentlemen were all exceptional. Ryan, Tan and John were all professional efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and mannerly. The area manager stopped by to check on the progress and was very supportive and polite. Even the ladies who scheduled the appointment and talked with me on the phone were polite and professional. I am highly pleased with their expert customer service and care. All the staff were quality customer representatives for the company. A special shout out to the behind- the -scenes people who manage and maintain such a professional and caring company for the communities they serve.

It took a couple of tries (personnel) to figure out the issue with my hvac unit. But the last guy named Mitch was very thorough and didn’t not stop until my ac was back blowing cool. I really appreciated his effort and expertise insuring that I didn’t have to go another night with temps in the 80s. Over all this company does give great service and for the most part is reasonable with pricing.
