We had a whole duct install done recently and the guys from Head Heating and Air did a great job! When I first met Randy, I knew instantly he was the man for the job. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done with details that I could understand. Very personable team. I cancelled all other quotes I had scheduled and hired them. They got the job done quicker than originally estimated. They even called on their lunch break to see if they could bring me something back to eat since I was home. When a company I had used in the past was unable to help me, a family member recommended Head Heating and AC. I called them as soon as they opened and was immediately met with assistance and professionalism. They acted with a sense of urgency like I was their main priority. They set me up with a service technician, Brian, later that day, as they were very understanding of my work schedule. Brian contacted me when he was on his way to my house as promised, and by the time I arrived, he had diagnosed and fixed the problem. I was very happy with the how Head Heating and Air Conditioning took on a brand new client. They were responsive, affordable, and very friendly and professional. On January 25, 2022 I was having intermittent problems with my heating system during the prior week. It seemed to be working OK for a while and then the house would be cold. Terrance, the Head HVAC technician, answered the call and we discussed the problem at length. Terrance then excused himself to research the problem. He came back about 15-20 minutes later and said that everything checked out except for a loose connection on the control board. He corrected and said that should fix the problem but if not, call back and they would then know to change out the board. Now three days later, there does not seem to be any problems since the system is running as expected. The POINT THAT I WANT TO EMPHASIZE is the Terrance took the time to diagnose (or trouble shoot) the problem and rather than make a blind change out of the control board, he solved the problem without a great expense. Too many technicians today are change out artist. They find it easier to just change out the supposed problem rather than take the time to find the problem. Sometimes this requires another trip out to fix the original problem at a greater expense. TERRANCE did a fine job and needs to be commended for his diagnostic abilities.

Great experience with Head Heating and Air! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were always on time and called to let me know that they were on their way. They repaired duct work under my house and installed a new AC/heat unit. They did it quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company. Ask for Greg. Tell him that I sent you! 😉
