I've used Cummings Heating and Air for a few years now for various repairs. This time was a complete replacement of A/C system. They arrived promptly, worked hard and got done in a few hours. Very nice group of people and competitive on pricing. I will continue to use their services for all my HVAC needs.

John Cummings of Cummings Heating and Air, did a great job servicing my unit. He was very honest, concerned and reasonable priced with his work. He responded immediately and I would HIGHLY recommend his services.

Back in March my old unit began flipping the circuit breaker. I called Cummings Heating & Air and they had a technician at my house in 15 minutes. He told me the compressor had shorted and quoted me a price for a new one. Since the unit had been so much trouble I requested a quote on a new unit, which he gave to me. They got another unit installed extremely fast and it works better than ever. As I write this it is 92 degrees outside, with my old unit I would have to close off part of the house and close all the blinds and curtains on a day like today and the temperature inside would still be 88. With the new unit from Cumming Heating & Air it is 71 degrees in here as I sit here. I cannot recommend them enough.

The guys came out to install my unit and they were done an hour before they said they would be but quality was not sacrificed. They were very professional, friendly, and informative. I’d recommend Cummins heat and air any day.

After spending almost 12000 dollars in unit and ductwork replace every evening when im cooking in my kitchen after the work was done i had flies keep getting in some kind of way trying to help me prepare dinner. I called the office several time about my problem and she kept insisting me it wasnt from the work they did..4 months went by and i couldn't even turn my stove on without the flies kept entering it was the worst experience of my life so finally after my continous calling someone finally came out and there was some opening that hadnt been sealed inside the closet where they replaced the unit once it was covered i didnt have that problem anymore nor did i receive a call from the office apologizing for me having to go threw that for so long.. Imagine to have to cook and kill flies at the same time it was the worst...

I called them out to fix my heating unit and at first I thought he is really trying to help, he tried a couple different things and then said we had to replace the unit and it would be $1900. I was told if he couldn't fix it there was no charge. But he later billed me and I even had a someone to come out and replace 1 part and fixed my unit. I feel like that he was not honest and he was trying to cheat me.

Prompt, courteous service. Technician explained everything he did to service the HVAC equipment.

Reasonable and great customer service. Makes sure job is completed in a timely manner and upholds warranty.
