    We wanted a second opinion on our A/C system issue so we contacted Nail Heating & Air after being referred by a friend. We are so glad we did! The previous company we had worked with really didn't address our issue and tried to convince us we would have to replace our unit. Nail is top notch! They are professional, honest, and fair. Stephen came out and listened to us and took the time to thoroughly investigate. He is very knowledgeable and was able to easily diagnose the problem within 45 minutes. All we needed was a new capacitor! For less than $200 our unit was back up and running. We have all confidence in the professionals at Nail and they will be our go to from this point forward. Thank you, Nail, for operating your business with honesty and integrity! (which is sadly becoming less common these days) You saved us from spending thousands unnecessarily on a new unit. We got an honest repair for a fair price and we really appreciate you!

    Another great experience yesterday with Nail Heating & Air Conditioning! I got a new system from them last summer and yesterday's visit was for system maintenance. They are conscientious about appointment set up as they had sent me a postcard reminding me to call to set up an appointment. I work for a CPA firm and hadn't had a chance to do that yet with tax season just being over, so they called a couple of weeks ago to book that appointment. I appreciated that! They called yesterday to let me know the tech was on his way. Ben arrived timely and could not have been a more pleasant or knowledgeable young man. Ben is a great asset to their company. He had been to my house a few times when he was in training, but he came by himself yesterday and did a great job! I am extremely pleased with Nail Heating & A/C from the people in the office to every visit they have made to my home. I will recommend (and DO recommend!!) Nail Heating & A/C to anyone who needs repairs, maintenance or a new system!

    My original units were installed by Nail in 2005. They maintained and repaired those units until I finally replaced them in 2022 and 2023. Their service team did a great job over the years responding quickly and efficiently to any needs.when it came time to replace, their folks gave a fair and reasonable price. Their installers did a great job with the replacements. They were fast, efficient and professional.

    I would recommend them for any HVAC need!

    I can’t thank Nail Heating & Air enough for what they did for me. My AC unit broke down and I had someone come out to look at it. They wanted to screw me over by telling me I needed an entire new unit that would cost $7,000. I called Nail and had them come out to give me a second opinion. Not only did I not need a new unit they fixed it then and there! They were all very polite and professional from the person that booked my appointment to the techs that came out and fixed my unit. I will continue to give them my business when needed. Thank you!!

    Called for a emergency service call as I’m 8 months pregnant and my elderly grandmother and I weren’t sure what we were going to do without heat with highs of 8 degrees.. I was greeted by a friendly efficient secretary; response time was immaculate & my technician Jon was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick and got my old school system up and running in no time when I thought all was lost. So thank you for amazing and compassionate customer service will be recommending to all my friends and Nail will always have my business!

    They limped me through last year and this spring we got a new system install, got so cold last night I had to bump up the thermostat. Thank God for them and for this ice cold AC

    Geoffrey and Jeremy did an awesome job. We've used Nail before and will use them again. Our house was struck by lightning. The hit fried the upstairs Heat/Air. These guys installed our new unit quickly and professionally. Their people are always professional and friendly. Great price and value. In this day where all price are rising they are fair with their prices. Also their systems will save us money in the long run.

    Friendly and timely response! I filled out a service request online over the weekend and then followed up with a call Monday morning – they were able to schedule service that same day and we're back sitting cool once more, thanks to the folks at Nail!     Thank you Jeremy for doing an exceptional job in installing the new AC unit. Was done by both of you very professionally and efficiently. And not to forget the real friendly staff at the office who always are helpful and patient listening to our concerns and making sure our troubles in these extremely hot days are solved quickly. Definitely will recommend and use Nail heat and a air for my AC concerns.

    This company has a great set of employees that work here. Problem is the boss is one of those people who just rips the rug out from under you in the blink of an eye. We had Nail out to look a our brand new, water damaged home. We told them that they needed to replace several ducts and do a system check after the water damage. We also told the guy we would need a writeup of all issues found for the impending lawsuit against our builder. When they came back to start working on our residence they found that our compressor was actually shot. Not due to the water damage, but due to an installation error of the original HVAC tech. We told them that we wanted the faulty unit replaced and again that we would need a written document stating what the tech from Nail found. After a days time, with no AC, the companies secretary emails me saying that they will not help me fix the faulty AC, they will not do anything dealing with a lawsuit, and even though I had asked them to quote me a new install for an HVAC system in my basement, well you guessed it... They wouldn't do that either. Again, great techs from what I can tell. The owner just seems to be a guy that wants to Nail you to a wall and take your money. As to money, they charged us $150 just for the inspection and quoted us $1500 to fix the faulty equipment. Once they kicked us to the curb we called One Call Heating and Cooling. They only charged $70 for inspection and told us it would only be $1100 to replace. Seems like the ole boss at Nail is trying to bend people over!!! BUYERS BE WARE!!!
