I have a home warranty, they sent a company out, said it was a zone unit issue. Did nothing for me. My unit was freezing up. I paid out of pocket to get a company that specialized in zone control to look at it, total joke!! My home warranty sent ACE to me, I was hesitant about it. Let me tell you, that was my mistake!! He came out checked it out, reassured me it wasn’t my controls. Gassed up my unit. Not long after, it froze up again. I called him and we scheduled another appointment two days later, due to me going out of town for work. He showed up earlier than scheduled, rectified the issue…a blower, and I could not be more pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, and follow up in regards to the service. I do not normally post a review in regards to service, but this was absolutely, 100%, worth it!! Amazing company with outstanding customer service!!!
Tom and his partner are super professional and very nice. The customer service makes you feel at ease. And you can tell they aren’t trying to pull a fast one on you. I would highly recommend this company for AC repair / AC install or anything dealing with HVAC. Tom answers his phone whenever I call and it is very relieving to know that he is taking the job seriously
STAY AWAY! They came out because my AC was leaking in my attic. Cleared the line and quickly left. Not bothering to actually look at the handler (right next to the lines). If they would have looked, they would have seen the handler was cracked and leaking water heavily. Since they missed this huge issue, I had additional water damage to my home and now have to re-do my floors. The people who came in after them to fix the issue could not believe they missed such a glaring issue. I tried to call ACE to give them a chance to make it right and they told my husband to take it up with my home warranty company...which is weird because it was this company who didn't do a good job. If you would have fixed it the first time I would have only had to replace my closet walls. By the time is was ACTUALLY fixed the water had made its way to my hallway floors. Really not good service.
Home warranty sent out a company to look into excess duct sweating and water leaking out of vents. Tech arrived and spent a whole 2 mins looking around air handler. Told me "it's probably a duct issue, but I don't go into crawl spaces so you need to call a different company" obviously not the reply I wanted to hear so I made calls to my warranty company and the business that they originally sent. Had my request moved to Ace and expected a call back the next day or so to set up an appt. Ace called immediately and was on-site in less than 20 mins. Found a disconnected duct and a hole in the plenum insulation which they promptly fixed and charged me nothing. Great customer service and the techs were extremely knowledgeable. I'll be using them exclusively from now on.
My wife and I came back from a nice little vacation to a crazy hot second floor. Our AC stopped working. After troubleshooting, I had to make a call to our home warranty office on a Sunday. They dispatched ACE. Could not be happier with the quick turn around, especially for a service call placed on a Sunday. Two techs from ACE were out this morning and were quick to troubleshoot. After testing power to the air handler, they found the thermostat was busted as it wasn't turning on, despite power getting to it. They had a direct replacement in the van, slapped it on and programmed it, and we were rocking AC again! The quickness in their work was especially welcome considering my wife and I work from home, and our office is upstairs was sweltering. They were very nice and pleasant to chat with; they were thorough in explaining what they were checking and why...I couldn't have been happier with them!
He immediately assisted me with HVAC maintenace while demonstrating the need to clear the space around the hvac unit and condencing unit. Tom Egner is a God. All of this while on another job servicing a neighbor. Thank you Ace heating. I highly recommend!

Ac went out week one they came out said they had to order the part it would be in on Friday, called again on Friday and said they had not ordered it yet and needed to come back out, finally said they would order the part a week later and it would be in on once again Friday. Monday rolls around putting me at two whole weeks with no AC 95 degree house with THREE inside dogs and he says he never order the part because we told him not to which we in fact did not. Then tells us to have someone else do it because he is on vacation. Don't waste your time with this company.
The worst company I have ever come in contact with. My rental company sent them out to my home for my tenants to check the AC and before getting the ok from to fix anything had already cut the wiring and left the motor disconnected without my knowledge. When confronted about it they are not willing to take responsibility for their actions at all horrible service and don't deserve any stars
Took about three hrs from phone call to person at my house. I called back after the first hour; so dispatching may be imperfect but response was great after my second call. small diag fee and got all the information I needed to take of the problem myself or get further repair later if I choose.
