Had Chris and Bill come to work on the air handler today as the unit fell off the wall. They did a great job. They did a ton of work to get everything reinstalled properly and at a fraction of the cost of what another company quoted me. They earned nothing but my highest regards.

So May 14, 2023 my ac system went out in the night time while I was asleep. Woke up found ac was frozen over I had a maintenance plan with this company for a while the tech jay is polite informative and spot on with customer service. He came first thing in the am seen I had a bad coil gave me my opinions after he tried to find away to repair. I opted for the replacement of the system they came out the next morning was a team of Doug and Jay from start to finish, took two hours. They were very informative. Let me know what they were doing and why I enjoyed and learning something as a homeowner. If I wasn’t selling my home and moving, I would definitely be a loyal customer still. Also, the owner is spot on with his customer service as well.

We had been in a battle with our builders about having our A/C fixed on a new home. I reached out to Bills Heating and Air, Chris was awesome! He identified the issue, showed me the faulty part, explained why my unit wasn’t functioning, and replaced the need part. Great guy, great service!

Same day appointment and work was done right the first time. Technician took his time to explain what was going on and gave a good estimate. It’s nice to have a great company to work with when you need them!

Bill's Heating & Air has both repaired an older unit & just replaced my HVAC completely. In all encounters, the tech was knowledgeable & professional. Response time to my initial call & overall install time on the replacement were both very quick. I would absolutely recommend using this local business!

My AC stopped working and I Called early In the morning for repair. They said a technician would come before lunch and they came within the hour! Chris and Mr Bill asked questions and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and had me running again right away. Very knowledgeable courteous and friendly! They gave me pointers on preventive maintenance suggestions as well! Thanks guys for a job well done! You’re the Best! I will be calling them for all of my AC needs and recommending them to family and friends!

I called Bill's and my technician Journey and his partner were at my house within 30 minutes! They provided excellent service, and also gave me tips on maintenance to prevent future problems! I highly recommend this service and this technician.

Had a friend recommend them. There came out and fixed the original issue. AC started acting up after they left. Turns out something else went bad and they came back out a couple hours later and worked their tails off the fix it. Great guys highly recommend

AMAZING SERVICE!!! Chris is truly the man! So I originally hired another company to come and charge and repair my AC unit but sadly (luckily for me) they weren’t able to fix the issue after 3 hours of diagnostics because they were missing a tool. And they said they’ll have to come back tomorrow or day after. So I decided to call Bill’s Heating and AC and see if they would come out. They sent out Chris and just after 15 mins he know what the issue was and broke down what caused the issue and how to prevent it from happening. He was able to get my AC back in action in no time. I really appreciate him and Bill’s Heating and AC for providing quality, affordable, and reliable service!! Will definitely do business with them again!

I called to get set up for my yearly service, I was happy I was able to get an appointment quickly. Chris was my tech and he was very professional and knowledgeable, explained all the service that he preformed and installed a clean out for me so I can keep my drain lines clear and instructed me on how to do that. I so appreciated the quick service and the very personable and professionalism of Chris. Thank You!
