I had to give more than one star only because the technician that came out was very polite and did good work.
Now for the negative.
The office is horrible about even answering phone call let alone communicating when the service tech would come out.
Every reviw you read about the office is spot on.
They might be great for contractors to install a new system when not on a time schedule, but as a home owner the office will drive you crazy.
I really don't see how they stay in business other than contractors using them.

This company deserves 0 stars. All the negative reviews are spot on. Unfortunately if you are a home owner and you need them to come out and look at your AC you will be waiting for DAYS. The lady on the phone is rude and acts like she just woke up from a nap. They have no sense of urgency and no communication at all. They need to be closed down this is not how a company should be running.

We called them since we are in new construction and they were the company who installed the unit, hints still under warranty. I am currently 32 weeks pregnant, and they CANNOT stick to the time that they have told us they would be here. It’s now been 4 days (supposed to be here TODAY 5/27/21 and now they say they can’t get here till next week. Poor service, poor customer service. Not happy, going to different company and will figure out warranty with hvac company about labor cost. Builder needs to find new company to go through, since this one can’t live up to a contract/warranty.

My husband & I choose Bowen & Son Heating & Air nearly 3 years ago when we decided to build our first very home. To say the least., ALL of their employees were extremely helpful during this process. Very professional and eplained everything we needed to know in full detail, so that we were aware of exactly what we were purchasing etc. As far as work quality goes I must say they were fantastic, very professional as I mentioned earlier, on time as far as being there when they said they would be there., and still to this day they frequently call just to make sure everything they installed is still working efficiently. We recommend Bowen & Son AAA Services to anyone and everyone needing some Heating and Air work done...

If I could give this business zero stars I would. Probably even negative stars. We have a new construction home and this is company that the builder used fot heating and air. So our ac has been going out multiple times a week so we call and have them come fix it and there is always a scheduling issue. The problem is it should have been fixed the first time. It wasn’t. Ac went again they came and replaced a fuse they said it would probably go out again. (Why not fix the problem properly then)? So now two weeks later our ac is out again. We have been waiting on them for 5 days now. They call every day with an excuse as to why they can’t make it out today and they will come tomorrow. Still hasn’t shown up and going in day 5. It’s 90° outside. We have an infant and are without ac. This company is unprofessional and could care less about their customers.

I have been a customer since 1999, when I purchased my home. The technicians have always been courteous and professional. They have recommended cost saving options to assure that my home is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

I choose Bowen and Son for a new furnace and central air unit. They were professional and didn't try to sell me anything that I did not need. The installation process was seamless. All of the employees from the installers to the office manger were polite and friendly.

If I could give this company negative stars I would because they are so deserving of it. My experience has been quite similar to those other reviews that state the technician did not show up or call. I have given Bowen and Son multiple opportunities since July 2nd to rectify their lack of professionalism and customer service but to no avail. The first two times Jose (technician) was scheduled to come out and did not show or call. When he finally came out on July 6th, he left the job incomplete stating that he did not have a part and it would take 5-7 days to get it. While waiting on that part to arrive, the AC unit upstairs stopped working on July 8th. I contacted my property management company on July 9th to have someone come and look at the upstairs unit. I received a phone call from Carey stating that a technician would be out on Monday or Tuesday....no one ever showed up. She then advised that Jose would be out on Thursday July 12th to check the upstairs unit and hopefully have the part in to repair the unit downstairs. He was to arrive between 1:00pm - 4:00pm. I called the afterhours answering service at 5:00pm since Jose never showed or called. Obviously they relayed the message to him and he decided to call at 7:00pm to advise me that he is overbooked and tired and would not be coming to diagnose or make any repairs to either unit that evening. It has now been 11 days that I have been living in 90 degree+ temperatures in my home and do not know when either unit will be repaired. They are always rude when I express my disgust and frustration regarding their services, professionalism, and customer service. My advice to those in need of heating/cooling services is to LOOK ELSEWHERE. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!!!

I have used Bowen and Sons for 13 years and they are definitely my go to company. They have a great Team and great Staff. Would not hesitate to recommend them, and have many times in the past. I cannot say enough about the Customer Service they provide.
