Diaz Heating & Air

Would NOT recommend. Was given his name to contact about replacing my ductwork. I stated multiple times I was in a rush to get it completed in the next couple days. Never did he say that wasn’t possible. He stated he would check his schedule and let me know that night. I never heard from him, waited the entire next day as he read and ignored my messages, and when I finally got a response he stated “if you are in a hurry find someone else” and “i dont work for you.” I responded that i have wasted a day when he knew i was in a hurry and could have simply stated that he couldnt get to it this soon and allowed me to find someone else. To which he responded “ok do it yourself then or find someone else good luck.” Lastly I said I would not be recommending him and he responded 😎.
Again, communication and customer satisfaction is not important to him. While he doesnt work for the customer, they are the ones paying his bills and he needs to recognize that.
