A.R. SIMS HVAC provided great service at a reasonable price. They were punctual, professional and communicated with us during every step of the service. Definitely, the only HVAC service provider we will use from now on.

Great experience, they were on time. Very polite and informative. Fixed the issue and made sure that I was satisfied prior to leaving. Very enjoyable and even made me laugh first thing in the morning. Highly recommend and we will be using them again!

The technicians were knowledgeable and showed me answers to my questions without a feeling of being rushed or that what I was asking was not important. Great job 👏

They installed a furnace 1 year ago . It took them 8 hours to install it . It was done improperly and y safely . I since have had to have it fixed properly by a company I trusted . They do not stand behind their work . I would never use them or recommend them

Called ARSims who was very professional and scheduled the appointment for the next day. The service person was a great gentlemen that walked us through the entire service call and honest with the work order. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you again great service.

Miguel just spent over two hours going thru my systems. The unit itself is less than 3 years old.....he probably could have worked an hour and I wouldn't know any better. It is why I will stick with AR Sims.....quality, ethics, etc. No bull from this place. Always great service and always going the extra mile.

Miguel was professional and easy to talk to. He explained things when I asked so it was clear. They installed an HVAC system about 4 years ago and I have not had a problem. What I like the most about A.R. Sims they are honest and can be trusted. Which is lacking with a lot of companies today

A.R.Sims Heating & Air was actually hired to do some plumbing work for me. Miguel was on time, very professional & completed the job in a timely manner. He found the issue and quickly got it resolved. I would definitely recommend A.R.Sims for minor plumbing issues. I have not used their AC services but just off their professionalism alone, I would definitely consider their services.

Charles was timely, informative and professional. He assessed the situation, provided routine maintenance advice and then identified and rectified the problem. He was respectful of my home, despite it pouring down rain outside…I never saw a single drop of water on my hardwood flooring. Very pleased.
