I recently had a 25 year old air conditioner and furnace for my upstairs go out at my home. Although out of their normal service area, I wanted to give Jeremy Vargas at Varmen the opportunity to quote replacement of this unit due to the exceptional service he provided for a replacement unit at a home I previously owned in Roswell. Jeremy came out last Thursday to provide a quotation (which was the lowest of 3 requested) and had the unit installed today after my return from the holiday weekend. Jeremy is always straight forward in his assessment and pricing, providing you with what is needed at a good price. He is also punctual and goes above and beyond in his service. If I need air conditioner service or replacement in the future, I will definitely use Jeremy at Varmen.

i have lived in my house for 39 years and have had my HVAC serviced twice a year since the start. I have had several HVAC service companies service my HVAC. Varmen's is by far the best company i have ever had do the service. They are more thorough than any other company, are professional, knowledgeable and have provided excellent service the past 2 years. They are the best i have had service my system.

I recently encountered water damage from an older air conditioning system that did not shut off in my attic and overflowed the condensation pan (creating damage in both my first and second floor walls and ceilings). After having (5) companies quote a new air conditioning unit for my home, I chose to go with Varmen Heating and Cooling due to Jeremy's helpful demeanor, honesty, and excellent pricing (nearly $2,000 less than most of the other companies that I quoted for similar systems. Jeremy's team provided quick service and exceptional results for the installation. I would definitely use Varmen Heating and Cooling again if I need work done in my home.
