Thank you, Buzzell Plumbing! We noticed an emergency pipe blow out yesterday morning from our cellar basement. There was water everywhere. I called Buzzell immediately and within a few short minutes they set us up with a fantastic plumber. He was so courteous, knowledgeable and focused to complete our repair within a couple of hours. Derrick, you did a great job and the Reitnauers want to thank you!

I had a major leak after a pipe burst right before I had to leave for work. I called Buzzell and they sent Travis Callahan, a fantastic plumber, whom was able to identify the issue and resolve it within 45 minutes. I could not be happier with speed and professionalism of this service.

March 14, 2023 we called this company to come out to do some work for us and they quoted one price on the phone. The worker showed up at our home blocked our driveway and then double the price on us. He processed to get up set and said the front desk person shouldn’t quote prices because he’s not going to work for that! Then he had the nerve to tell us we had to pay him for the service to come out 80 dollars! We paid him but they will not get any of our business again!! Please beware!! They will over charge you!!!!!

Buzzell has been providing the bi-annual service for my air conditioner/heat units for several years. They have always been on time and do a great job. This week, I had one go out! I received service promptly form Aaron who laid out my issues & all my options very well! I chose to replace since the unit was 11 years old. The costs was fair and the installers were professional, punctual, and cleaned up behind themselves. All in all, Buzzell made it as best as an "oh-no!" could be!!
I will always use them.

I live on a slab and had a leak. Luckily it was located outside the house. Mark came over and looked at the problem then sent a man to fix it the next morning. Derrick arrived at my door and fixed everything very quickly and efficiently. He was polite and pefessional. He finished digging what I had started, made the repair and covered it all back up. My system was cleaned and serviced about 9 months ago by another company. The system stopped cooling The Buzzell tech went out and told me the system was dirty, needed to be cleaned for about $780 to determine if it had a leak. If leak was found, then I’d have to buy a new HVAC. Called another company who said the system was not dirty. They added a coolant and the system is working extremely well. The cost was less than half the cost of what Buzzell quoted and resolved the issue.

Highly recommend this company, they are always very prompt and dependable! We would like to put in a special thank you to Joe, he was here exactly when he said he would be, quickly fixing our faucets and had the best attitude and happy personality! He deserves to be recognized by your company! Thanks again!

The technicians at Buzzell Plumbing Heating & AC are so knowledgeable and courteous. The job they completed met my expectations completely. I would recommend them to my friends and family due to the fact that this is a air conditioning and heating service that is just very prompt. Just overall, thanks for the great service.

My girlfriend was having air conditioning issues in the house that she rents and the landlord called Buzzell to fix the issue. The workers were told that the A/C would run 24 hours a day without cooling the house below 72 degrees and the compressor had completely stopped working on two occasions. The workers simply cleaned the compressor and checked the coolant and left. When I went over to have lunch the house was 80 degrees the air handler was running but the outside compressor was completely off again. When I called Buzzell to let them know I was told that the workers recommend that the whole system be replaced and if we needed the air handler cleaned it would be $500-$600. When I went to see if they simply cleaned the drain line which is mainly responsible for these kind of issues I discovered that they never even inspected the air handler. When I called to ask how they knew that it would cost that much to clean and better yet recommend that it needs replaced when they have not even inspected it I was told that she was going to call the owner and get back to me. I have heard nothing back and the landlord could not find another company to come out for 4 days. Luckily I was able to easily fix the problem so she did not have to endure temperatures in the upper 90s with no AC while 6 months pregnant. This company was simply trying to sell a completely new system to an out of town landlord rather than performing a simple and inexpensive fix. In my opinion that makes them crooks. I would sooner melt in the heat than ever have them look at another HVAC system.
