AC went out a few days ago. Alex Stokes came within the time frame I was given for my appointment, he was super friendly and professional. AC was kicking and the house was feeling better within minutes.
Very pleased with the service and the technician. They came out and diagnosed the problem and my technician Alex was super nice and kept me in the loop the whole time while we waited on the part and went above and beyond for us.
Brian at We Care Heating and Air was very professional when he came out to diagnose a failed compressor. Brian ordered the part and followed up as soon as it came in. Brian came out, swapped the compressor, and tested the system before leaving. I would recommend them for your repair needs. Thank you!
We had We Care install a complete a/c system 2.5 years ago. Recently the a/c quit working during a storm and we thought it knocked out the unit. When their technician showed up he stated that the system was out of freon due to the line set sitting on another pipe and the vibration over time rubbed a hole in the freon line. When questioned if this was covered due to their install error he stated that they did not install the line set and were not responsible and the repair would be $2,100.00. I declined and paid the $90.00 fee. I contacted another company who also said that this was a install error, because the install tech should have added insulation to keep the pipes from rubbing. I had the other company perform the repair for $600.00 less and added the insulation. I filed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau and all I hear is excuses that the unit was out of warranty and they did not install the line set. If the line set needed to be replaced then I would think a professional company would have recommended it. They did not recommend replacing the line set because it did not need replacement. Had their technician taken a few minutes and made sure the line set was not sitting on something then this would not have happened. I guess I should have gone behind them to make sure everything was good, but I thought I was hiring a professional. This same line set has worked for years with no problem, because it was not left sitting on a pipe.

We purchased a brand new heating and air system with them four years ago, and were ensured it would run so efficiently our “power bill would go down.” We have since called them out for repairs at least ten times, and each time we’re given a different reason why the A/C wouldn’t work properly. We also purchased the maintenance plan that covers an annual service. They have no-shown on the past two service appointments we scheduled. A technician just left our house for another repair call, he looked under the house for about ten minutes and told me he didn’t know what was wrong, and he couldn’t call anyone else to find out. It is very frustrating to shell out so much money for a brand new system that we were promised was top of the line, only to have it break down on us every few months. Furthermore, to have an expert come out who has no clue what to look for or how to find out, and to tell us “sorry it’s not my forte, I’ll have someone come out Monday,” speaks volumes about the company and its lack of trained employees.

Not only did he make this purchase an easy one, but he was extremely knowledgeable and informed us on every decision to better our home improvement process. His professionalism and kindness was through the roof! The crew of gentlemen who installed the unit were incredible as well! Everyone was so respectful, tentative, punctual, and a pleasure to have in our home. They went above and beyond in making sure the job was perfect. When they were finished and left, there was no trace that they were ever even there, besides my house finally being cool :) Thankyou for the unbelievable customer service We Care Heating and Air!! Even the ladies that work in the office are wonderful as well!

We had one of our foster cats pull up the vent and get stuck under the house, we spent all day trying everything to get him out so we called We Care Heating and Air and they sent over Alex who showed up just a few minutes after we called! They responded quickly to our call and had outstanding customer service! The best part is they didn't even charge us to help out! They really gave back to the community today, me being a veteran and asking for some help so my wife is not devastated all week waiting for it, they truly helpped us out today!

From their charity work to their community service, they are truly an awesome company. The service technician, Alexander Stokes, was prompt, professional, and personable. The work performed was done in no time and every step was explained in layman's terms. He is an asset to an outstanding company and I look forward to calling on We Care for any and all future needs. They will charge $99 if they cannot fix the problem, and $59 if they can but you will not know how much the full price will be until they fix the problem. My Tech thought it was one thing, but it was another. I feel like by my house being so hot inside, he was too tired to fix it or did not know how.

The technicians and installers here really go above and beyond to make sure every Client is satisfied and every unit is working properly and efficiently before their departure. If one of the technicians, or girls in the office is unsure of something, they are honest and professional and get a member of management to step in when need be The management there is never too busy for you, and they are all willing to go the extra mile. 5 stars all the way for this company.
