A Saylor has been our HVAC company for over 30 years. They have been excellent throughout our tenure. The are very responsive to our needs and have a qualified, professional, and communicative staff. I highly recommend them.

A Saylor has always been honest when performing annual maintenance for my two units, one of which was 22 years old. When it came time to replace, Mike spent a lot of time explaining different options and answering all of my questions, proving he was very knowledgeable. I appreciated the honesty and transparency, and would recommend for HVAC needs.

I called Thursday evening when my AC was not working and they came out on Friday morning. Got my AC working again at an affordable price. My appointment time was from 9 to 10 and they were there at 9 am very dependable. And was quick to figure out the problem and got it repaired. I originally called them for a second opinion after being told that it would cost thousands to repair my AC and that I may even need a whole new system. Mike Saylor came out and the first thing he asked me was how old was my house. He felt that my unit should still be covered under warranty. He did his research - informed me that the unit was covered. He ordered the parts and only charged me for labor. Dealing with this company is also a joy! The phone is answered by a sweet woman who is so polite. Calls are returned when they tell you they will be. I just can’t say enough positive about this company.
I only gave them 5 stars because 10 was not an option.

Mike Saylor came out to give us a 2nd opinion on a possible repair to our HVAC system. He found a small problem which he fixed and didn’t charge us for the repair. We couldn't be happier with their service and will be calling them again for all of our HVAC needs.

I will definitely use A Saylor again! KJ and Arian did a great job. Even the owner Mike lended a hand. I asked both of the techs how they liked the company when they were finishing up. Both of them said it is a great place to work! I can believe it.
