    Very disappointed by No Excuses lack of professionalism to not even return two phone calls and voice mail messages from a customer of over 3 years during the late December deep freeze, with a total furnace breakdown affecting a household with a member recovering from a heart attack and another member sick with the flu. Clearly Joe Frady is not the man I thought he was to let his company deteriorate to where it is.

    Yes, I realize the strain of customer issues exceeding available service techs to service is a real challenge, but to not even return calls is so disrespectful to customers.

    Even not having on duty an office person to answer calls and allowing the service calls to go into a voice mail, or routed to a service tech doing repairs, is a clear example of low class, company lacking professionalism. On the last 2 service calls the poor quality of technician was apparent, also. I will spare the extreme embarrassment in this review of what a technician was not able to do on my last and final service call.

    Not here in this review to promote or even name a competitor, but so happy to have found a real professional HVAC company on love person answering phones and experienced techs, to replace No Excuses.

    Called with a no cooling situation and they were able to get us scheduled in on the same day! Les was extremely professional and courteous. Found that we were low in freon and even showed me the results right then and there. The work was completed quickly and we are SUPER thankful for Les and No Excuses Heating & Air.

    The "technician" went in the attic with no tools, came down and said it needed a damper, came back later and said it need a coil and that the coil was leaking and he had video on his tablet that he would submit to the warranty company but he couldn't show me the video. More than a month later, the coil is obviously not leaking because the ac is working, it just blows cold air upstairs and downstairs. He had said that he locked the damper in place so that we would have ac. It was obvious that the damper was not being controlled and caused the system to freeze up. The ac stopped working from one day to the next so it didn't make an sense that the coil was leaking. The tech also claimed that he charged our system up because it was low, if that was true it would have leaked out the next day and it's been over a month. This company hires people that make up lies to get your money, don't use them. They quoted me over 1300 dollars to replace the coil that was covered under the manufacturers warranty, but that warranty does not cover the labor of refrigerant. The home warranty won't cover something that is covered by the manufacturer. They know how to get you.

    Les and Robert were caring and thoughtful techs. Their through investigate efforts resolved an ongoing A/C issue. They stayed and made sure the repair was done right. They even took off their shoes throughout the repair. Highly recommend. Thank you!

    Our system was not cooling, the home warranty schedule an appointment with this company, their guy came without tools, he went up to the attic and stated we need a damper, it was frozen the machine outside, he advised we need it to turn off the switch from the outside so it can defrost, so he can check after the ice was gone, he advice me once the ice is gone turn on the breaker outside, I did that and the ac started working fine, he came back and went up to the attic and stated we need it a coil, he said he also left the damper open, my husband Vaccum the water from the pan in the attic, we kept going up there to check because the ac was working fine, the issue we had after he said he left the damper open, our down stairs floor won't stop blowing air even when we are not requesting air, the temperature is set to no have ac, still blows air, the coil was not leaking they missed diagnose and now we can't get them to come back to undo whereever they did to have air blowing all the time. Is been over a month there is not water on the pan so it was never the coil.
