J&J Heating and Air

Eric came out and measured for the unit and vents in my unfinished basement. He emailed me the estimate. (I had 4 estimates taken) they were the lowest. I feel like I received more than my money's worth. The first day of install Eric showed up with the two gentlemen who were installing and personally introduced me to them both.they finished in 2 1/2 days. (I needed to have an electrician come to add an additional power box to handle the HVAC power. Eric came back on Monday to start it up and make sure all was working well...I had great and responsive service.

We've used J&J Heating & Air for over 10 years and have never once been disappointed with them. They always seem to care about really helping us with our A/C system. They know what they're doing!

J&J heating is a wonderful company. They replaced our whole system including the ducts and it is working great. They cleaned up after themselves so well you couldn't tell they were here. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and nice. We had used them in the past to do work on our very old system and they kept it running and in good shape until we could afford to replace it. Great local company. Highly recommended.

JJ Heating and Air deserves 10STARS!!! The customer service is excellent. I got estimate done with several other companies and it took forever to to get the estimate. The other companies will talk for hours about their different products and warranty they provide and give you a estimate at the end that you can't even afford. Jimmy only took a few minutes to give me a quote and also told me what warranty is provided with the new unit, the price was actually something I could afford to pay. His wife set up the payment plan, which took no time. 2 guys came out to install the unit and they was also very nice. They also bf they left they went over any questions and concerns I had. I was 7 months pregnant when I got my unit and the whole process was so easy. THANKS JJ HEATING AND AIR FOR EVERYTHING!!! I wish all companies is this helpful. If you want someone honest and in your budget then go with this company.

Great experience with this company. They came out nearly immediately, showed up on time. Luke (the technician), was outstanding and extremely professional. Thoroughly checked everything and the price was an excellent value. Honest appraisal of what was wrong and no up sell. Couldn’t recommend then more highly. 10x the experience of the pink truck company.

I would never recommend this company. I've never had to call a company numerous of times to see if I was still on the schedule. Never had a technician to come and leave to pick up a tool and never come back but left an invoice, I was never called to say a tec was on the way. I'm very disappointed in my experience with this company. Will not use again or recommend to anyone.

Randy is a great person to deal with however, We were told that ALL the insulation around our ducts would need to be replaced because we had a moisture problem and the ducts were wet and growing mold. They told us it would be $2,400 to replace all of it. They come out after 9am to start the work and they were gone before 3:30. When we got home and checked the work they did not replace all of our ducts. They only replaced a little less than half of the ducts and still sent us a bill for $2,400. I have called their office to address the situation and talk with someone and I was told I would get a call back and never got a call. I have called back several times to speak with someone and no one answers the phone. I like to support local but I will not use them again!!

Used them over 40 years. Great people and great customer service. Recommend them 100%. Family owned and ran. Can't say enough good things but that's why I'm still a loyal customer after all these years!

J&J are the best. Extremely responsive and listens to what you want. Made some very insightful suggestions and did a wonderful job. My ducts are clean and they installed the UV light. Left my house cleaner than before they came! Thanks so much guys!

We had J&J out to set-up a maintenance agreement and perform the first service. Todd called when he was on the way (and ahead of schedule) and did a fantastic job when he arrived. He was clearly very knowledgeable about what he was doing and took the time to explain everything he was doing and make recommendations. He caught a couple of things that needed attention that had been missed by the previous company's technician and didn't try to suggest services that weren't necessary. We'll definitely continue to use J&J and highly recommend Todd if you're considering giving them a try. You won't be disappointed!
