    Install several mini splits at some vacation rentals we own. Did not insulate the refrigerant line behind the unit. So the lines were obviously sweating and poured water inside the walls. I have spent almost $30,000 tearing out every single wall where they installed a mini split. Whenever I try to message him or talk to them about it, they just ignore me. And I paid $10,000 per unit so not cheap at all. They would be I would say the worst company to call.

    I was extremely satisfied with the approach and the work that Alpine Air did in replacing our HVAC. Rudy is very professional and honest. He provided a thorough assessment of our needs and provided a comprehensive and fair estimate of work, unlike another firm. He was more creative on solutions and worked well with our concerns. His employees are professional, hardworking, and friendly, and completed the project on time. With my other experiences, I highly recommend Alpine Air and in general would recommend a smaller, locally owned company for air conditioning and heating needs where the owner is actively involved in ensuring quality.

    We own a vacant home in Pooler that is under a sales contract. We called Arctic Air in Pooler to service the AC as requested on the punch list for closing. The technician that came out left the air filter downstairs in the foyer and did not replace it in the air handler (or call and advise us to drive over and replace it). Upon home inspection the filter situation was discovered and now we have been asked to clean the coils and place a new air filter. I called Arctic Air and the owner is refusing to fix this technician's mistake (wants me to pay 75.00). After several times using Arctic Air and recommending them to others, they have lost my business. Please consider my review if you call on them and are not present to observe their performance. I'm very disappointed.

    Long lines didn't get to ride the go carts. Area with go carts burnd my eyes. Kids loved the other play options.
